Tuition payments are due by the FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Full monthly tuition is billed from September-June regardless of the number of classes in a particular month.
Monthly Recurring Credit Card Payment Program: Your credit card will always be charged between the 1st and the 4th of each month. An electronic receipt will automatically be sent to you via our Studio Director Management Program. Please be sure we have an accurate email address on file.
If my tuition payment is received after the 10th day of the month, I will also pay a $25.00 late fee. I further understand that my child will not be allowed to take class until our tuition account is paid in full. CDT reserves the right to refuse service to our school and/or our performances.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS
Tuition is not prorated for holidays, missed classes due to performance or rehearsals, or partial month classes. Full monthly tuition is billed from September-June. Only classes added mid-month will be eligible for prorated tuition.
MISSED CLASSES AND MAKE-UPS
There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes must be reported and made up in your level or one level lower within 4 weeks of absence or by the last date of the season; exceptions will be made if a doctor's note is provided. Make-up requests will not be honored for dropped classes. After 4 weeks your chance to make-up a class is forfeited. Make-up requests are NOT carried over into summer from the previous season and students may not use make-ups from their sibling's missed classes. To request a make-up class please fill out the make-up class request form on the CDT website. https://www.caldancetheatre.com/make-up-request. You must fill out a form PRIOR to taking a make-up class. Walk-in make-up classes are not permitted.
ADDING A CLASS
To add a class, visit the CDT website and fill out an add/drop form. You will receive a confirmation when you have been added to the class. http://caldancetheatre.com/add-drop.
DROPPING A CLASS
To drop a class, visit the CDT website and fill out an add/drop form http://caldancetheatre.com/add-drop. Your new tuition amount will be reflected in the next billing cycle on the 1st day of the NEXT calendar month. Drop requests MUST be received before the first of the month in order to avoid being billed for the class.
California Dance Theatre directors and instructors are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to, personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform instructor of any physical limitations you may have. NO food, gum, or drinks (except water) allowed in the studios!
LOST & FOUND
CDT is NOT responsible for lost or stolen money, shoes, clothing, jewelry, etc. Please label ALL dance shoes and clothing and do not leave dance bags or wallets in dressing rooms. Every 90 days, all unclaimed items will be donated to local charities.
