- NEVER go past RED firing line.
- We reserve the right to inspect all firearms, ammunition, and equipment.
- Shooters under the age of eighteen must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- No steel jacketed/core/cased ammunition, solid brass/copper ammunition, armor-piercing ammunition, or incendiary/explosive/tracer ammunition allowed on the range.
- No smoking, food or drinks allowed in the range.
- PPE (personal protective equipment); It is the customers responsibility to provide and wear PPE. This responsibility goes beyond the normal eye and ear protection which must be worn at all times. Appropriate clothing should be worn that does not enable an expended round to be held against the skin. Rounds ejected reach 350 deg F.and can cause serious burns and adverse reactions. Appropriate footwear is also necessary so that there is no exposed skin.
- Firearms are to remain at the stalls at all times unless cased or holstered.
- If you are a novice shooter, it is your responsibility to inform a range employee. This is for your safety and the safety of others.
- All firearms are to be empty, made safe, and with the action open while not in use at the stall.
- No Loaded firearms are permitted outside the range unless holstered or safely secured in a case/bag and shall remain there while in all other areas of Parma Armory Shooting Center.
- In the event your firearm malfunctions or has any issues with firing properly, leave it in the stall pointing downrange and inform the Range Officer.
- Do not shoot any other target downrange except for the one directly in front of you at your assigned stall.
- Maximum of two (2) people inside of a stall at one time.
- Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to move across the shooting line. If something falls in front of the shooting line, ask the Range Officer for assistance.
- In the case a cease-fire is called the customer should repeat the command loudly and set their firearm down on the range table with the muzzle pointed down range. They should then back out of the stall to a safe distance. If the range officer wants the firearm to be clear he/she will instruct the customer to do this on an individual basis.
- Range time is rented in the first thirty (30) minute increments and then by the hour. It is your responsibility to monitor your time spent.
- No drawing from the holster. Shooters will be held responsible for damage caused by negligence.
- No rapid fire. You should maintain no less than one second between shots. Rapid fire serves no tactical purpose and it is disrespectful to others renting the range.
- No head shots. You will be responsible for any damage you cause to the target carrier ($300.00 for shooting down a carrier cable/$25 head shot to a carrier).
- If you wish to rent one of our firearms, you must use our ammunition.
- Any long gun fired on the range the ammunition must be inspected and approved prior to shooting.
- Enjoy your time with us and you must clean up your brass.

No refunds will be granted. Can legally possess and/or rent a firearm and that you have no drug use, criminal, or mental history that may restrict you from possessing a firearm or ammunition in any way as described under Ohio Revised Code and U.S. federal firearm regulations. Understand that if within one (1) year from signing, any changes to this waiver occur (ie: change in mental status, drug use or firearm possession), you must notify the Parma Armory staff and complete a new waiver before entering the range. Understand that being allowed to participate in any way in Parma Armory Firearms LLC indoor shooting range, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. Firearm Rental - Must be at least 18 years old to rent a firearm and have a valid Government issued identification card or driver's license to rent a firearm at the Parma Armory. Under the age of 21, when renting a HANDGUN you must be participating in a private lesson, educational class or under direct supervision of Parma Armory Staff, no exceptions.
- You understand that anyone suspected of alcohol or drug use will not be allowed on the range and asked to leave the premises and reported to police.

Please check below that you agree to the above terms: I Agree DATED: April 25, 2025 Rules and Regulations Archery Range For persons having a family membership it is the responsibility of the “primary” member to ensure that all family members and guests entering upon the Parma Armory Archery Range (PAAR) facility are familiar with these Safety Rules and that they agree to abide by them. All persons, whenever on the facility including when attending open shooting sessions, scheduled shoots, coaching or instruction classes, shall observe the following range and safety rules to insure the safety of all participants. To further explain, adults shooting with their minor children or wards of any age must ensure that such minors understand and will abide by these rules. 1. Absolutely NO HUNTING OR PRACTICE BROADHEADS allowed be shot on the range or practice butts. (Except during specially designated Broadhead Practice if such is provided by Parma Armory Shooting Center at their discretion) 2. Only target points and field points may be shot on this range. No Judo Points or Practice Broadheads allowed. 3. No firearms will be shot anywhere on the range at any time. 4. Crossbows may be shot only at targets designated for crossbows. See signs on the range for details. 5. Archers and guests will not cross or move forward of the shooting line, to retrieve arrows or for any other reason, until all shooting has ceased, cease fire has been declared, and all shooters on the shooting line know and acknowledge that there is a cease fire. 6. No person shall have a bow in hand during a Cease Fire, which is ended only after all persons have returned behind the shooting line and “all clear” has been spoken and agreed upon by all persons on the range. 7. If you are alone on the range and need to go behind the target butt wall, you must place your bow CONSPICUOUSLY against the target butt wall as a signal that you are behind the wall. If you are in a group, one person must always stay visible, in front of the target butt wall, to ensure the safety of the person behind the target butt wall. 8. Never shoot up towards the ceiling. Point arrows only at targets during the drawing process. If your bow draw-weight is so high that you must point your arrow upward to pull the string, reduce poundage. You may be responsible for the cost of repairing ceiling damage caused by an arrow you shoot towards the ceiling. 9. Never put an arrow on the bow string until it is safe to shoot. 10. It is the responsibility of every archer to insist upon strict standards of safety and courtesy. 11. When sharing the range with other archers in open shooting, limit to a maximum of seven (7) the number of arrows shot before retrieving arrows. During a league, tournament, or other group event, the event manager shall determine the maximum number of arrows that may be shot before retrieving arrows. 12. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drug use allowed on range. 13. A person seeming to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or acting unruly or in an unsafe manner, will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given. 14. All persons on the range, whether an archer, observer, or Range Officer has the right to – and should – loudly declare a Cease Fire upon seeing any dangerous situation. 15. Head shots are not permitted on 3D targets.Aim for the body center mass areas embossed with scoring rings. Shooting the head or neck of a turkey target will make you subject to a possible $100 charge. Parma Armory Shooting Center - Video and Photo Release Form 1. Introduction Welcome to Parma Armory Shooting Center. To ensure the best experience and to protect both our guests and our business, we kindly ask you to review and sign this Video and Photo Release Form. 2. Release Agreement I. Authorization and Release By signing this release form, I hereby grant Parma Armory Shooting Center, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video recordings of me and my property while on the premises of Parma Armory Shooting Center. II. Usage Rights I authorize Parma Armory Shooting Center to use, edit, and publish the photographs and video recordings in any manner and medium, including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional materials, and advertising, without any compensation to me. III. Duration of Use This release is granted in perpetuity and shall apply worldwide. 3. Rights and Responsibilities I. Rights Granted - The right to use, reproduce, and display the images and recordings.
- The right to create derivative works from the images and recordings.
- The right to use my name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
II. Waiver of Claims I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the images or recordings. III. Consent to Minor’s Participation For guests under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf. 4. Additional Terms I. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parma Armory Shooting Center, its representatives, and employees from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of these images and recordings. II. Governing Law This release form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio. 5. Acknowledgment and Signature By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this release form and agree to be bound by them.
