Jump Beyond Rental Agreement & Release of Liability


Release of Liability:  As the representative of the named organization, I hereby release Jump Beyond, its employees, directors, or agents from all liability for any damages or injuries suffered during the use of the property while engaging in activities at Jump Beyond and agree to hold them harmless. As the renter, I assume responsibility for all claims, damages, or actions arising out of use of the facility.  

Gym Rules:  As the renter I agree to follow and enforce the following rules:  No food or drink except water, in the gym.  No gum allowed in the gym.  No hard or black soled shoes allowed in the gym.  No high heels allowed in the gym.  I understand that teams, players, visitors, and coaches will be asked to leave if the rules are not followed. As the renter, I will be held responsible for any damages to the property.  Renters must clean up after their sessions.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:  Payment is required upon reservation.  For cancellations prior to 7 days, a 25% fee will be assessed, and the remaining funds will be credited for future rental time/space, according to availability.  If the reservation is not cancelled prior to 7 days there will be no refund and no credit for future rental time/space.  Jump Beyond will not issue full refunds.
