Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is required, credit can be saved for up to one year. All funds voluntarily paid above the deposit are also non-refundable. Please do not pay funds beyond the deposit as your invoice is not accurate until check-out on party day. *

Final price is dependent on the number of children in attendance at your party. Prices will be adjusted accordingly during the check-out process based on number of participants. If the party is paid in full prior to your party date, no refunds or credits will be provided for the removal of items on the day of your event. *

Every child in attendance must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian in order to participate. Waivers are available to sign at www.theplaygroundforkids.com electronically, or available to print and sign to bring into our facility. *

Every child must be wearing socks in order to participate. We do not require specialty socks that must be bought at our facility. If any child does not bring socks, they will be required to buy them from our facility at $2.50 a pair (tax included). *

We allow party hosts to bring bottled water and juice boxes/pouches as well as DESSERT items such as cake, cupcakes, and ice cream for their celebrations. We are a peanut-free facility and all desserts must comply with this policy. All other outside food and drinks are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. *

We require the final food order to be confirmed the week of your party. We expect a response to our communication via email or phone call at least 1 day prior to your party. You are able to reduce your pizza order during your party, and you are able to order additional pizzas if supplies allow. You can add pitchers of soda or ice cream during the party, if needed. All fruit and vegetable tray orders may not be changed after we have finalized the food order. *

We're excited to see your party decorations (tablecloths, balloons, themed plates, etc), and set up the room for you! Please remember that we do not allow items to be hung or attached to our ceilings. We do not allow confetti or glitter, including balloons with either of these inside. If bringing anything needing to be attached to the walls, it should not be heavy. Banners should be pre-strung, and balloons should be blown up prior since we do not have a helium tank. We provide all necessary items to hang decorations. *

Our ready-to-go party rooms are stocked with cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, and all the serving and dessert utensils you might need. As always, you are more than welcome to bring any of those items if you'd like them to match your party theme. *

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. This is for your comfort, and the respect of the other parties taking place that day. You will not have full access to your party room for the first 40-50 minutes of your scheduled party time. Party managers and assistants will be making sure all decorations are up, food is ready, and gifts are situated for you without issue. *

For PRIVATE Parties: The party will move in 40 minute rotations throughout three rooms. The first two rotations will be spent in our play rooms, and the last rotation will be in the party room. This can not be compromised as it would interfere with another PRIVATE party. *

For OPEN PLAY Parties: The party will be split into two sections. The first section is 1 hour and 20 minutes and will be spent within our two play rooms. The second section is the last 40 minutes and will be spent in the private party room. You CAN NOT go back into the play area after entering the party room. This can not be compromised. *

Your party assistant will help you keep track of time, but we appreciate your help in concluding the party promptly. Completing the check-out process at the conclusion of your booked party time is required. We do not keep any previous card information available to complete the process without you present. *

All portions, sections, and statements contained in this agreement will be fully enforced in regard to the booked party. If any concerns, issues, or breaches of this agreement occur, customers must cooperate and comply with communication by Playground for Kids staff and representatives. Failure to comply with conditions and statements within this agreement may result in damages and loss of business. Unless persons involved are able to provide proof of compliance and not the cause of damages sustained, offenses will result in a fee to compensate for damages, loss of business, stolen time, and will be charged to the guardian on file for booked party. *
