DFW Boat Ride 

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ:

Thank you for authorizing your purchase. You will see FH DFW Boat Ride on your credit card statement. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

By participating in a boat ride or private charter cruise you have indicated that you have read and will abide to all of our terms herein. EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY must abide by our terms in order to be granted boarding. Forward your DFW Boat Ride confirmation email to your guests so they may granted boarding.

GUEST AGREEMENT (ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY):

I release, waive liability of and agree to hold harmless and defend the Operator, the Vessel, their respective owners, officers, past and present employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, administrators and executors for any claim arising out of an injury to me and my minor child and from any and all claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my or my minor child(ren)’s participation in the Excursion, including any claim for the negligence of Operator and/or of any of the other parties being released and indemnified. I agree to abide by all crew member instructions. I allow and release photo and video of myself and my minor(s) and understand the images may be used by DFW BOAT RIDE, its affiliates and service providers.

PHOTO ID REQUIRED AT BOARDING FOR THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED TICKETS, in order for you and your party to board the boat. Name on the photo ID must match the name on the manifest and payment card. For Private Charter Cruises, all persons must have completed the electronic waiver in order to board the boat.

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS:

Public Cruises: Everyone in your group boards together. All passengers must have a ticket regardless of age* and have completed the waiver to be granted boarding. IMPORTANT: You must be aboard the boat 5 minutes prior to departure time or your seat(s) are subject to forfeiture.

Private Charter Cruises: Guest boarding opens 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. All private cruise guests* must have completed the waiver to be granted boarding.  

* Parent or Guardian must complete the waiver for their minor(s)

General Rules:

  • BYOB (beer, wine, seltzer only) welcome aboard. Enjoy responsibly. Intoxication will result in boarding denial, or cruise termination, or other action.
  • Your picnics/your food welcome aboard.
  • No smoking or vaping aboard. Violation is cause for termination of the cruise without refund.
  • Appropriate dress is required. NO BATHING/SWIM SUITS OR SEE THRU ATTIRE.
  • No stiletto/spike heals
  • No personal speakers aboard during public cruises; you may not play your own music during a public cruise unless you use earbuds.

Safety Information:

  • Fire Extinguishers are at the front and rear of the boat.
  • Exits are at the front and rear of the boat.
  • Life Jackets are on the main and upper decks.
  • Do not leave the boat until the Captain has given permission.
  • No swimming is allowed from any DFW Boat Ride vessel. No Lifeguard on duty. Federal rail jumping fines are up to $30,000.
  • Do not talk during the pre-departure safety briefing.
  • No running or shoving is allowed.
  • Abide to crew member instructions.
