By signing below, and in consideration of being permitted to attend an event (“Event”), I irrevocably grant to the Event host organization and/or its media agency/ vendor(s), including InPursuitOf, LLC dba Stand Together Communications (“STC”), and their related and affiliated entities/ organizations, and each of their respective employees, agents, contractors, designees, successors, and assigns (collectively “Hosts”), the right and permission to film, photograph and otherwise record my voice, image, likeness and any other indicia of my identity (“Indicia”) at/ during the Event, and to use any or all of the Indicia as part of or in the creation, exhibition, advertising, marketing, promotion, or distribution of materials related to the Event or Host(s), or any other purpose (collectively, the “Work”), including in audio and video content distributed by Host(s) through any medium, such as social media, with the understanding that STC or the Event host organization shall own the copyright and all other rights in and to the Work.   

This grant of rights to use my Indicia in the Work includes (i) the right to produce, license, publicly perform, transmit, exhibit, publicly display, print, reproduce, televise, broadcast, transfer, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, and otherwise use for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, throughout the world, through means or medium or format, my Indicia, all without prior inspection or further consent by the undersigned of the finished product(s) or of such use, and (ii) the perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right, title and interest in and to any results and proceeds from any such use of my Indicia. I understand that I will receive no additional compensation for use of my Indicia and that no Host is obligated to make use of my Indicia or to exercise any of the rights granted by me.  

I also understand that Hosts will rely on my grant of rights and this Depiction Release, potentially at substantial cost. Thus, by signing below, I further agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Hosts from any claims, defenses, demands, causes of action, controversies, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities in connection with my Indicia or arising out of my attendance at the Event. If I provide an email address below, I consent to Hosts using it to contact me about the Event, Work, or other purposes. 

By signing below, I certify that I am at least 18 years old, that I have the rights granted under this Depiction Release, that no consent of any other person or entity is required to enable the grant of rights described herein, and that any Host’s use of my Indicia in the Work will not violate the rights of any third party. By signing below, I confirm that I have read this Depiction Release, fully understand the meaning and effect of it, and intend to be legally bound. I also understand that my photograph may be taken upon signing for verification purposes.
