 Terms and Conditions of Equipment Rental

CONDITIONS OF USE:

I understand and am aware that diving is a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that the sport of diving involves the risk of injury.

I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death while participating in diving activities.

I agree that I will release the Diving Locker and its employees from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries to any persons or property resulting from the use of equipment rented.

I expressly acknowledge that I have personally examined the subject equipment and that I am satisfied with its conditions. I also certify that I am properly licensed to use the said equipment.

I hereby agree to pay full value of rented items, plus any costs incurred in collection in cases of loss; or full repair cost, in case of damaged equipment.

I agree to pay the required cleaning fee if the diving gear is brought back in unsatisfactory condition.

I agree that I will release the Diving Locker and its employees from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages to the participant in this diving activity or to any other person.

I agree not to make a claim against or sue the Diving Locker or its employees for any injuries or damages relating to diving and/or the use of its equipment.

I agree to release the Diving Locker and its employees from any such responsibility, whether it results from any negligence or other liability arising out of the maintenance of this equipment.   

I hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions of this contract.

I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and fully understand its contents.

I understand that I am agreeing to these terms for the duration of 1 year from today.

I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contact between myself, the Diving Locker and its employees and that I sign it of my own free will.
