LA DOLCE VITA'S POLICY IS FOR OUR BICYCLE(S) TO BE RIDDEN DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY (CANNOT BE USED FROM SUNSET-SUNRISE.)

Today's Date: June 24, 2025


This Waiver (herein "Agreement") is made between La Dolce Vita (herein "Releasee") and the undersigned renter (herein "Releasor").


In consideration of being permitted to rent bicycles and bicycle equipment from Releasee, the Releasor, on behalf of themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Releasee, its officers, members, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, and their respective officers and employees (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from all liability to the Releasor, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while the Releasor is using any rented items from the Releasee.


The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that the Releasees may incur due to the Releasor's use of rented bicycles and other equipment, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. The Releasor assumes full responsibility for and all risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of bicycles and other rented items.


The Releasor agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the State of Florida. If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.


Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to rent bicycles and other items from the Releasee, the Releasor, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee, along with its officers, employees, agents, heirs, administrators, and executors, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to bodily injury, personal injury, death, and/or property damage resulting from any accident that may occur while using rented bicycles and other items from the Releasee, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.


The Releasor acknowledges that they have carefully read this Agreement, fully understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily as their own free act. This release constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and is legally binding.


Rental Information
If your bicycle(s) are stolen or missing for the purpose of being abandoned, illegally parked, or for other reasons, the Lessee is responsible for a minimum of $45-$350+tax per bicycle replacement fee that is required by the Lessor, La Dolce Vita, to replace and return the bicycle(s) back to the Lessee. By checking here, the Lessee is in agreement to all fees. *

La Dolce Vita (Lessor) requires that our bicycles be ridden only during daylight hours and not used from sunset to sunrise. *
I Have Read and Understand the Bicycle Usage Policy
Florida law requires that any minor under the age of 16-years old wear a helmet while operating a bicycle. Helmets are not provided complimentary with La Dolce Vita (Lessor) bicycle rentals. If you are interested in renting a helmet, please contact our reservations department at (866) 651-1869 for assistance. *

Post-Waiver Information
Once the waiver has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team during regular business hours, which are 8:00AM to 6:00PM CST. Waivers submitted outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Following review, you will receive an email from waivers@destinbeachservice.com with further instructions. This may include information such as the lock code, the location of the item(s,) or a notice of denial including the reason for the denial. Please be advised that this email may occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you do not see it in your inbox within a reasonable time. *
I Understand What to Expect After Submitting My Waiver

A parent or guardian must sign for any participating minor (under 18 years of age) and agree that both the parent/guardian and the minor are subject to all terms stated in this Agreement, as set forth above.
