PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT below (this must be signed before any participant can take part in any event)

SAFETY RULES

We maintain the right to refuse participation to anyone on any grounds deemed applicable by us. there are no refunds of field or rental fees or paintballs if you are asked to leave because of rule violations?

1. Always wear an approved mask on the Playing field or at the target range.

Masks must not be removed for any reason within the Playing field, this includes but is not limited to: fogging, painted lenses or an injury.

2. Never shoot at anyone who is not wearing approved eye protection or anyone whose safety gear is not in place.

3. Do not shoot at any non-player, any judge/referee/camera person, or any animal/ bird.

4. Do not shoot at any person, object, animal/bird or plane that is outside the perimeter of the Playing field.

5. Observe all safety rules applicable to firearms when handling paintball guns

6. Never shoot anything from a paintball gun/marker except the paintballs provided.

7. Never shoot at another person in anger or with the intent to cause harm.

8. No physical confrontation between players, i.e. hand-to-hand combat, taking prisoners, etc is permitted.

9.The consumption of alcohol on the premises must be limited to after play has finished

10 The consumption of drugs on the premises or in the parking area is prohibited.

11. Smoking is not permitted on the premise or in the carpark (due to council regulations)

12. No climbing trees, or any other structures within the premises

13. No discharging or dry firing of paint ball guns is allowed in any neutral or non-playing area.

14. Do not use a paintball gun until you have been versed on its use and understand such use.

15. Do not shoot across neutral areas, safe zones or the parking lot

16. You cannot play, use the target range or spectate on the playing field without signing this waiver/release of liability form

17. All paintball guns/markers must be chronographed prior to use in the field and shall not exceed a velocity of 300 feet per second.

18. This Field has a Field Paint Only (FPO) Policy. This means you cannot bring or use your own Paintballs

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of participating in the activity of PAINTBALL I represent, that I understand the nature of the activity and that I am/ the minor is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.
I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I/ the minor will immediately discontinue participating in the activity.

I fully understand that this activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own/ the minors actions, or inactions, by others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “Releases” named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me/ the minor or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages I/ the minor incur as a result of my/their participation in the activity.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue ELITE PAINTBALL, and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASES” herein) from all liability, claims, litigation expenses, attorney fees, demands, losses, or damages on my/ the minors account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or the “Releases” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite the release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my/ the minors behalf makes a claim against any of the Releases, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Releases from any loss, liability, litigation expenses, attorney fees, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.

I have read the SAFETY RULES and RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement and assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law
