Lastly, for those who are unable to physically drop off and pick up their firearm at our office, we offer a delivery service; which is available for the following communities: Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Moorpark and Simi Valley.

Drop off and pick up is available Monday-Thursday, 6:30pm-8:30pm & by appointment only.


The legal owner of the firearm must be present at drop off and pick up (no exceptions).


Firearms must be unloaded in a case with one empty magazine, no ammunition allowed!


We will not accept any illegal, homemade or 3D printed firearms.


ITA is not responsible for any gun damages or firing issues after pick up.
