One waiver per family or group is required to be completed. All guests must abide by the following rules: - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or drinks are allowed.
- CHILDREN 13 YEARS or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- REVIEW POOL RULES posted in the water park. Please walk and get an eye on your wild one for safety.
- NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS please use a locker for valuables.
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK lifeguard may not be on duty.
- RIDE SAFELY one rider on the slides at a time, seated and feet first. No running, horseplay, or diving.
- LIGHTNING CLOSURES are required for guest safety.
General Waterpark Pool Area: - All children who are not potty-trained must wear waterproof swim diapers at all times. These diapers are available for sale in the arcade.
- Proper swimming attire is required.
- Only guests with resort/hotel-issued wristbands are allowed to use our pools. You must have your wristband on a wrist to use any of the waterpark attractions. Guests without a wristband must obtain one at the WaTiki Waterpark arcade counter or at their respective hotel front desk. All non-wristband wearers will be asked to leave the resort.
- You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
- The spa (The Oasis) is designated for ages 12 years and older unless accompanied by an adult.
- No off-premise flotation devices greater than 6” wide are allowed inside the Waterpark (i.e. tubes, rafts, etc.)
Koko’s Kingdom Play Feature & Area Rules: - 100 lbs. weight limit unless you’re accompanying a small child.
- Lifeguards are not always stationed on play features.
- Parent or Guardian must supervise their children.
- This play feature, including but not limited to the 3 slides, is for children only.
- One rider at a time on the slides unless an adult is accompanying a small child.
- Riders must be seated and slide down feet first. Do not stand up on the slides. Do not attempt to slow/stop yourself inside the slide by holding onto the sidewalls.
- Do not climb on the slides, attempt to crawl up the slides, or stand in the slide paths.
- Move immediately out of the splash area.
- No tubes or chairs are allowed in the splash area.
- Do not hang on the safety barriers and/or netting
Activity pool safety rules: - No small children or weak swimmers.
- No dunking or hanging on the basketball rim or net.
Seahorse Slide Safety Rules: - Maximum Operation Load: 1 Person, 300 lbs.
- Children under 42 inches tall are NOT permitted on this ride unless accompanied by an adult.
- Prescription eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
- Only one rider is to enter the flume at one time.
- Never form chains.
- Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back. Please see the diagram posted on the slide tower next to the slide. Riders must wait for the Waterpark Attendant or a Green Arrow from the traffic control box.
- Keep arms and hands inside the flume at all times.
- Do not run, stand, kneel, or stop in the slide.
- Expectant mothers or persons having a history of heart, back, neck, or joint problems should not ride.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to ride.
- CAUTION: Riders must be in the good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate.
- CAUTION: This ride may be disorientating due to periods of darkness.
Turtle Shell & Parrots Plunge Slide Rules: - Single or double tubes are required! Maximum of 2 people on a double tube, and 1 on a single tube unless accompanying a small child.
- Children under 42” tall are NOT permitted on this ride unless accompanied by an adult. No weak swimmers.
- Riders must be facing the same way. (i.e. no back to back or feet to feet)
- Single riders on a double tube must sit at the rear of the tube.
- Riders must wait for the Waterpark attendant or a Green Arrow from the Traffic Control light before starting the ride.
- Keep all limbs inside of the flume at all times.
- Do not run, stand, kneel, or stop in the slide.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to ride.
- CAUTION: Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate.
- CAUTION: This ride may be disorientating due to periods of darkness.
Lazy River Rules: - No paddling against the current.
- Stay clear of the tube splash pool.
- No climbing on rock features.
- Tubes are required.
Lightning Procedures: - The waterpark will shut down in the event of lightning being spotted within 5 miles.
- No guest is allowed inside the waterpark during this time.
- The waterpark manager will monitor the storm and determine when the waterpark will reopen.
- The arcade will remain open for the duration of the waterpark closure.
- Hotels will be informed upon reopening.
- Management reserves all rights.
