AGREEMENT:

The undersigned Consignor (as identified above) herby warrants that he/she has the legal right to own a firearm. Consignor further agrees to consign the above-described firearm to Consignee, Damage Factory. The purpose of the consignment is for Damage Factory to arrange for the sale of this firearm. In consideration of this transaction, Damage Factory will receive a payment or commission based upon the proceeds of the sale. This agreement allows for Damage Factory to show this firearm at various locations including gun shows and Damage Factory the opportunity to display and advertise this firearm as if it was Damage Factory’s own property.

Consignor agrees to consign the above-described firearm to Damage Factory for a minimum of 30 days from the date of this agreement. Removal of this firearm by the Consignor prior to that time will be in direct conflict with this agreement and the Consignor will be charged an amount equal to that of 10% of the agreed full value of the firearm or a fee of $100.00 whichever is more. It is agreed that the Consignor must pay this amount to Damage Factory before re-taking possession of the firearm from Damage Factory. In accordance with Federal Law the Consignor must complete a background check to regain possession of the firearm and pay the background check fee.

The undersigned warrants that he/she has read and fully understands the terms and nature of the foregoing consignment agreement.
