The Point at Pintail, LLC

Release & Indemnification

The undersigned desires to use the gunning, fishing, boating, or other recreational facilities provided by The Point at Pintail, LLC (“The Point”) on lands controlled by it in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland, or on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.  In consideration for “The Point’s” consent to such use, in accordance with its rules and regulations, as the same may be published from time to time, the undersigned hereby, on behalf of himself and his personal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns (a) releases, relinquishes, waives, and discharges “The Point”, and New Pintail Point LLC and its affiliated companies and its and their predecessors, successors, and assigns, and the past, present, and future shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, and agents thereof (collectively, “Affiliates”), from any and all claims, suits, demands, liabilities, damages, obligations, grievances, costs, and causes of action, of whatsoever kind or nature, known or unknown, fixed or contingent (collectively, “Claims”), which the undersigned may now or in the future have, and (b) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless “The Point”, New Pintail Point and its Affiliates from any and all Claims based on the assertion of any third party, in either case arising out or in connection with such use. The undersigned also acknowledges that their hands must be properly washed after shooting.  The equipment used and the grounds may contain lead as a bi-product of the shooting operation.
