RENEGADES TEEN NIGHT PARENT INFORMATION

Thank you for allowing your child the opportunity to experience Renegades Teen Night beginning Monday, June 2, 2025 from 7pm-11pm. Our goal is to allow your child the opportunity to learn how to dance, socialize with their friends, meet new friends and learn proper etiquette on our dance floor and in a social setting to be future patrons of Renegades Country Bar & Grill.

Children ranging from ages 14-18 ONLY will be permitted in the building. We will have ample security. NO alcohol will be made available for ANYONE.

All participants will be required to have parental approval to be in the building. Registration will be available online via our website. No child will be permitted in the building without a signed registration from a parent/guardian. ONE REGISTRATION PER CHILD. Please go over the Code of Conduct with your child prior to coming. Please make sure your child understands all rules. These rules will be enforced and we will not tolerate unruly kids. WE ARE NOT BABYSITTERS. Again, we are trying to help mold these future patrons to know proper etiquette for the dance floor and how to act in a social setting.

Since we are a bar, we want to assure you that absolutely NO Alcohol will be made available to ANYONE on Monday nights. Any parent that would like to stay is more than welcome to stay on the patio ONLY. Please keep in mind, NO ALCOHOL will be served. This night is designed for kids, not parents.

  • There will be a non-refundable $10 cover charge per person. This fee will include free dance lessons and open pool. Select menu items will be available for food and drink purchases.
  • EVERYONE NEEDS A PHYSICAL ID - SCHOOL ID, LICENSE, PASSPORT to be kept at the front door for security purposes.
  • NO RE-ENTRY! Once your child leaves the building, they will NOT be permitted back in.
  • Line Dance Lessons will begin at approximately 7:30pm.
  • The mechanical bull will be made available to those who sign the waiver online. A $5 fee will be charged for unlimited usage for the evening. If you do not want your child to ride the bull, please mark properly on the registration form so that we can band them appropriately. The bull will be put on the lowest setting to help avoid any issues. Since the bull is never available during the rest of the week to those under 18, we want to give the teens an opportunity to experience it on Monday’s only.
  • There will be no large purses, backpacks or bags permitted.
  •  No outside food or drink permitted
  •  We reserve the right to have the kid’s empty pockets and remove boots if we feel they may have weapons or alcohol being brought inside.
  • If anyone sees or hears something that may cause a problem, we want them to tell a security guard, manager or staff member, so that we can resolve any issues before it is escalated.
  • Drop off procedures - We highly recommend anyone under 16, to be accompanied by an adult into the building. We will not be responsible for your child left standing in a line outside the building waiting to come in. Once inside, parents may stay on the patio, if you wish.
  • Pick up procedures - We highly recommend anyone under 16, to be picked up inside the building. If you want to text them and then wait on the patio, that would be perfect. If you choose not to come in, please instruct your child to wait inside until you pull up to the door. We close at 11pm SHARP. YOU MUST BE THERE PRIOR TO 11PM. Any child left past 11:15pm will be turned over to the WPB police department.

We want this night to be memorable and fun, but also SAFE! Please help us by communicating these rules with your kids prior to coming. Disciplinary action for not following our policies could lead to suspension for a period of time up to being 21 years old.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact Management.

Renegades reserves the right to make changes to its policies and procedures at any time without notice.

Thank you,

Renegades WPB
