Release of Liability 


In exchange for participation in the activity of Wellness Puppy Yoga organized by The Puppy Yoga Center LLC. (also known as The Puppy Yoga Center), including its affiliates and partners. This includes all yoga instructors contracted and employees providing services. Including Earthtones Wellness LLC, Please Space Studios LLC, Crysp Studio LLC, The OM Center LLC, The Marriott International Inc and CC MH Times Square Hotel LLC. I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the minor I am supervising at this event, to the following: 

1. Indemnification: I am aware that during my visit to this event, certain inherent risks are involved, including but not limited to the presence of live animals (dogs) on-site. I acknowledge and voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks to me. I further agree to waive and release any and all claims that I may have against The Puppy Yoga Center LLC., its events, its organizer, the event facilities, and any and all employees of the aforementioned organizations. I agree not to sue for losses, damages, expenses, or fees which arise out of or result from or are related to, in any manner, my attendance at the event.

2. Safety Risks Involving Live Animals: Participating in our Puppy Yoga classes has safety risks involved, as live animals (dogs) are on-site. Participant understands and accepts the risk of injury, including but not limited to scratching and biting, even in situations where animals are well-trained. Participant acknowledges the Organizers commitment to ensuring the well-being of the animals present at the event. Participant agrees to follow any instructions provided by Organizers' staff regarding animal interaction and to adhere to designated areas for the safety of both participants and animals. 

3. Photo/Video Release: I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by The Puppy Yoga Center LLC. of any and all photographs and/or videos that have been taken of me on this day, without compensation to me. All images and digital files are owned by The Puppy Yoga Center LLC., which reserves the right to use these photographs and/or videos for promotional purposes 

4. Personal Belongings: Participants acknowledge that live animals (dogs) are present at the event and that personal belongings may be at risk of damage, loss, or interference. The Puppy Yoga Center LLC. is not responsible for any personal property that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during the event, whether by an animal or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, bags, footwear, jewelry, eyewear, and electronic devices. While storage areas may be available in the studio, The Puppy Yoga Center LLC. does not assume responsibility for any items left unattended or stored on the premises. Participants are advised to secure their belongings and avoid bringing valuables or sentimental items into the event space.

5. Email Marketing: By signing this waiver, you consent to receive promotional emails and updates about our events services, and special offers from The Puppy Yoga Center LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in our emails or by contacting us directly. 

6.Food Allergies: I understand that some events serve refreshments and pastries. I am acknowledging there may be traces of nuts and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. I am releasing The Puppy Yoga Center LLC from all claims causing any life threatening, injuries or illness caused from allergies.

7. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or cause to the studio facility or equipment as a result of participating in any yoga program. I understand that I may be held financially responsible for any damages to the studio premises or equipment (including, but not limited to, mirrors, props, flooring) resulting from my negligence, misuse of equipment, or willful misconduct

I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and understood the terms of this waiver and release. I further understand that by signing this release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
