Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Notice

Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. and its subsidiaries (herein referred to as Shore Shot Pistol Range or Shore Shot) have taken every effort to keep its facilities as safe as possible. Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at their own risk. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstance shall Shore Shot Pistol Range be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal health) arising directly or indirectly from your use or inability to use, Shore Shot Pistol Range's facilities. All those who enter freely agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shore Shot Pistol Range, the owners of the property, Management and its employees.


Please Read the following Range Rules.

1.) No one is allowed on the range under the influence of alcohol or any other controlled substances. Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to refuse any patron that they believe to be under the influence, this includes smelling of Marijuana.

2.) Customers must be at least 21 years old to rent a handgun OR must be accompanied by someone in their port who is 21. Individuals who are 18 years of age, but are under 21, can only rent rifles unless accompanied by someone who is 21 or over. ALL Rental Firearms MUST use Ammo Purchased at Shore Shot Pistol Range.

3.) All handguns, rifles, others and shotguns are subject to approval.

4.) All ammo is subject to inspection on request of Shore Shot Pistol Range employees. Absolutely No aluminum cased, steel cased, steel core, incendiary or armor piercing ammunition is allowed. Shotguns: SLUG & BUCKSHOT ONLY (No Steel Shot or Bird Shot Allowed). Any violation of this policy is subject to being expelled from the range with no refunds.  

5.) Eye and Ear Protection Must be worn at ALL times on the Range. Eye and Ear Protection must be donned Prior to entering range viewing room. When renting a firearm, Shore Shot Pistol Range will supply the Eye and Ear Protection Free of charge. If you are not renting, Shore Shot Pistol Range will rent you the protection for $3.

6.) All Firearms and Magazines MUST be loaded in the shooting stall. Shore Shot prohibits loading behind the line. Please place all of your firearms and bags in your shooting stall. There is a bench underneath the shooting tray to store additional items.

7.) Keep All Firearms Facing Down Range at ALL TIMES. If you are experiencing an issue with your firearm please place it down on the shooting tray and signal for assistance from a Range Safety Officer. 

8.) Shoot at your own target. Shore Shot Prohibits Rapid Firing unless you receive prior approval from a Range Safety Officer, any approval is only valid for that session. Keep your target at eye level and at the marked level on the cardboard. Eye level may vary for different members of your party and targets must be adjusted accordingly.

9.) If your firearm malfunctions and you are unsure how to rectify the issue. Please place the firearm facing down range on the shooting stall and seek assistance from a Range Safety Officer or an employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range. Down range means with the muzzle of the firearm facing the back stop.

10.) Drawing from or visibly wearing a Holster requires possession of a Holster Approval Card from Shore Shot Pistol Range. Holster Approval Card's are acquired by being Active Law Enforcement Officer, by passing the CCARE (Civilian Carry Assessment and Range Evaluation) at Shore Shot Pistol Range, or by assessment from one of our Range Safety Officers (One Time Fee of $15). Anyone drawing or wearing a holster on the shooting line without possession of a Holster Approval Card is subject to ejection from the facility. If you currently hold a State of New Jersey Permit to Carry a Handgun card, you a permitted to wear your firearm concealed but are prohibited from drawing without approval. Holster Approval Cards permit the holder to draw only from Outside the waistband holsters with their strong hand. Any other holster must be approved by the Range Safety Officer on staff.  If you are approved from drawing from another type of holster, this is limited to that visit and you must seek approval each time from the RSO on staff.  It is up to the RSO on staff to approve or prohibit drawing from that type of holster on each visit.

11.) In the event of a CEASE FIRE command, clear your weapon and place the ejection port facing up and step back out the shooting stall. If you are unsure how to clear your weapon, place the firearm facing down range, step back out of the shooting stall and inform a Range Safety Officer that your weapon is still loaded. Wait for additional commands from the Range Safety Officers. You are only permitted to return to the shooting stall once the Range Safety Officers have deemed it safe to do so.

12.) The following gun handling rules must be obeyed at all times:

  1. Always treat the firearm as it is loaded.
  2. Always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction which is down range.
  3. Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
  4. Always keep keep action open and firearm unloaded until ready to fire.
  5. Always identify your target and know what is behind your target.
  6. Make sure your firearm is safe to operate.
  7. Know how to safely use your firearm.
  8. Use correct ammunition for firearm.

13.) No Food or Drink is allowed inside the shooting range.

14.) We prohibit low cut shirts. If you are wearing a low cut shirt, we will provide a bib for your protection.

15.) Women who are currently or believe they may be pregnant are prohibited from entering the shooting facility.

16.) Any violation of range safety rules will result in being reprimanded and possibly dismissed from the range.  There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind for individuals or parties that are expelled from the range for safety violations. 



I have read the above range safety rules and understand the range safety rules of Shore Shot Pistol Range's facility. I will fully comply with all of the above range safety rules. If I am unsure of something or in need of assistance, I will request assistance from the Range Safety Officer or an employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range. Shore Shot Pistol Range's safety rules are subject to change.

Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement


The terms and conditions of this agreement applies to the shooting range and retail store owned and operated by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. (also hereinafter referred as Shore Shot Pistol Range and/or Shore Shot).

In consideration of being allowed to enter and use the facility and participate in the activities at Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. located at 730 Airport Road, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement, and have signed as having been read and understood by me:

1. I have read the Range Rules and I understand these Range Rules are subject to change. I understand that Range Safety Officers may instruct me of additional rules at any time. I am responsible to obey all range rules whether written or verbal. I verify that, before using the facility, I either have watched or will watch the safety video provided by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I agree to obey and comply with the Range Rules, general policies and rules of operation and administration of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I understand that any violation can result in removal from the facility with no refund.

2. I am familiar with and understand the operation of each firearm (rifle, handgun, long gun or other) which I will use at Shore Shot. The word "operation" includes the safe handling, loading and unloading procedures, and safety mechanisms and features of each firearm.

3. I understand the Shore Shot recommends the use of newly manufactured commercial ammunition at all time on the range. I accept full and complete responsibility for the inherent risks resulting from my and anyone else's use of reloads or hand loads, including all personal injuries to myself and anyone else. I also agree to thoroughly check to be sure I am using the correct ammunition at all times.

4. I agree that prior to participating in or observing any shooting activities, I will inspect Shore Shot, firearms and ammunition to be used and, if I believe anything to be unsafe for any reason, I will so advise a Range Safety Officer and/or another employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range and will leave the unsafe portion of Shore Shot immediately. 

5. I acknowledge and fully understand that I and all others engaged in shooting, coaching, observing or training with firearms at Shore Shot Pistol Range will be engaged in activities that involve inherent risks of serious personal injury including disability or death and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or inactions or the actions of inactions of others; such risk include but are not limited to:

  • My failure to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly hand or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The failure of others to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly handle or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The characteristics, including the design, manufacturing or other defects, of any firearm or ammunition being used by myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.
  • The characteristics, including the design, construction, and maintenance, of Shore Shot Pistol Range's facility including, but not limited to, the multiple firing ports and the inability of Shore Shot Pistol Range's personnel (including Range Safety Officers) to, at all times, monitor and supervise Shore Shot Pistol Range members, their guests, hourly fee users and others using the facility.

6. I recognize that I may be expelled from the facilities for violations of the Range Rules, both written and verbal, or for behavior deemed unsafe by Shore Shot Pistol Range personnel. Decisions regarding expulsion are final.

7. I accept full responsibility for any damage or destruction I cause to Shore Shot Pistol Range property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range property includes, but is not limited to, the facility, range equipment, target frames, target supports or mechanisms, firearms, signs and all equipment, electrical and otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to recover from me a reasonable charge for any such damage and is entitled to recover its costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in bringing any claim for such damage.

8. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury, disability or death. The word "damages" includes, but not limited to, the incurring of physical and emotional injury of any kind, loss of physical function, ability or capacity, medical expenses, lost wages or income, loss of consortium and any other compensatory damage.

9. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc., including each of their owners, managers, employees and successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits seeking damages on account of any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or anyone else, caused in whole or in part or alleged to be so caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties or caused by anyone else.

10. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits for any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or any other person which result entirely or in part from the actions, failure to act, or negligence of myself, my guests or minors for whom I am responsible.

11. I agree that this Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted according to New Jersey law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey.

12. I certify as follows: (1.) I am not currently and have never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from legally owning, handling or possessing firearms under New Jersey or Federal law; (2.) That I can lawfully own, handle and possess a firearm; and, (3.) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

13. I am NOT an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug or any other controlled substance. I understand that Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to remove any person they have suspicion of being under the influence, this includes smell.

14. In the event I bring a minor to Shore Shot Pistol Range, the attached Guardian's Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement has been signed by the minor's legal guardian and I confirm the minor is over the age of 8.

15. I recognize the safety of everyone at Shore Shot Pistol Range is my responsibility and I agree not to cause harm to myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.

17. I recognize that if I do anything while using the facility (including in any of the parking areas of the facility) to in any way intentionally cause personal injury (including but not limited to death) to myself or that may intentionally or negligently cause personal injury (including but not limited to death) to any third party or any property owned by any third party (including Shore Shot Pistol Range), Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. shall have the right to bring a claim against me and/or my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to recover damage caused both to any property or Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. and the to the business of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. as a result of such acts.


I hereby verify and confirm that I, the actual signer of this Agreement, am an adult over the age of 18 years, that I have read each of the above terms and conditions, that I understand everything set forth above and that I have knowingly given up substantial legal rights by signing below, which I do voluntarily.

The terms and conditions of this agreement applies to the shooting range and retail store owned and operated by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. (also hereinafter referred as Shore Shot Pistol Range and/or Shore Shot).

In consideration of being allowed to enter and use the facility and participate in the activities at Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. located at 730 Airport Road, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement, and have signed as having been read and understood by me:

1. I have read the Range Rules and I understand these Range Rules are subject to change. I understand that Range Safety Officers may instruct me of additional rules at any time. I am responsible to obey all range rules whether written or verbal. I verify that, before using the facility, I either have watched or will watch the safety video provided by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I agree to obey and comply with the Range Rules, general policies and rules of operation and administration of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I understand that any violation can result in removal from the facility with no refund.

2. I am familiar with and understand the operation of each firearm (rifle, handgun, long gun or other) which I will use at Shore Shot. The word "operation" includes the safe handling, loading and unloading procedures, and safety mechanisms and features of each firearm.

3. I understand the Shore Shot recommends the use of newly manufactured commercial ammunition at all time on the range. I accept full and complete responsibility for the inherent risks resulting from my and anyone else's use of reloads or hand loads, including all personal injuries to myself and anyone else. I also agree to thoroughly check to be sure I am using the correct ammunition at all times.

4. I agree that prior to participating in or observing any shooting activities, I will inspect Shore Shot, firearms and ammunition to be used and, if I believe anything to be unsafe for any reason, I will so advise a Range Safety Officer and/or another employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range and will leave the unsafe portion of Shore Shot immediately. 

5. I acknowledge and fully understand that I and all others engaged in shooting, coaching, observing or training with firearms at Shore Shot Pistol Range will be engaged in activities that involve inherent risks of serious personal injury including disability or death and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or inactions or the actions of inactions of others; such risk include but are not limited to:

  • My failure to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly hand or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The failure of others to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly handle or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The characteristics, including the design, manufacturing or other defects, of any firearm or ammunition being used by myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.
  • The characteristics, including the design, construction, and maintenance, of Shore Shot Pistol Range's facility including, but not limited to, the multiple firing ports and the inability of Shore Shot Pistol Range's personnel (including Range Safety Officers) to, at all times, monitor and supervise Shore Shot Pistol Range members, their guests, hourly fee users and others using the facility.

6. I recognize that I may be expelled from the facilities for violations of the Range Rules, both written and verbal, or for behavior deemed unsafe by Shore Shot Pistol Range personnel. Decisions regarding expulsion are final.

7. I accept full responsibility for any damage or destruction I cause to Shore Shot Pistol Range property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range property includes, but is not limited to, the facility, range equipment, target frames, target supports or mechanisms, firearms, signs and all equipment, electrical and otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to recover from me a reasonable charge for any such damage and is entitled to recover its costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in bringing any claim for such damage.

8. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury, disability or death. The word "damages" includes, but not limited to, the incurring of physical and emotional injury of any kind, loss of physical function, ability or capacity, medical expenses, lost wages or income, loss of consortium and any other compensatory damage.

9. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc., including each of their owners, managers, employees and successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits seeking damages on account of any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or anyone else, caused in whole or in part or alleged to be so caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties or caused by anyone else.

10. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits for any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or any other person which result entirely or in part from the actions, failure to act, or negligence of myself, my guests or minors for whom I am responsible.

11. I agree that this Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted according to New Jersey law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey.

12. I certify as follows: (1.) I am not currently and have never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from legally owning, handling or possessing firearms under New Jersey or Federal law; (2.) That I can lawfully own, handle and possess a firearm; and, (3.) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

I agree that prior to participating in or observing any shooting activities, I will inspect Shore Shot, firearms and ammunition to be used and, if I believe anything to be unsafe for any reason, I will so advise a Range Safety Officer and/or another employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range and will leave the unsafe portion of Shore Shot immediately. 

5. I acknowledge and fully understand that I and all others engaged in shooting, coaching, observing or training with firearms at Shore Shot Pistol Range will be engaged in activities that involve inherent risks of serious personal injury including disability or death and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or inactions or the actions of inactions of others; such risk include but are not limited to:

  • My failure to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly hand or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The failure of others to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly handle or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The characteristics, including the design, manufacturing or other defects, of any firearm or ammunition being used by myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.
  • The characteristics, including the design, construction, and maintenance, of Shore Shot Pistol Range's facility including, but not limited to, the multiple firing ports and the inability of Shore Shot Pistol Range's personnel (including Range Safety Officers) to, at all times, monitor and supervise Shore Shot Pistol Range members, their guests, hourly fee users and others using the facility.

6. I recognize that I may be expelled from the facilities for violations of the Range Rules, both written and verbal, or for behavior deemed unsafe by Shore Shot Pistol Range personnel. Decisions regarding expulsion are final.

7. I accept full responsibility for any damage or destruction I cause to Shore Shot Pistol Range property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range property includes, but is not limited to, the facility, range equipment, target frames, target supports or mechanisms, firearms, signs and all equipment, electrical and otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to recover from me a reasonable charge for any such damage and is entitled to recover its costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in bringing any claim for such damage.

8. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury, disability or death. The word "damages" includes, but not limited to, the incurring of physical and emotional injury of any kind, loss of physical function, ability or capacity, medical expenses, lost wages or income, loss of consortium and any other compensatory damage.

9. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc., including each of their owners, managers, employees and successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits seeking damages on account of any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or anyone else, caused in whole or in part or alleged to be so caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties or caused by anyone else.

10. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits for any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or any other person which result entirely or in part from the actions, failure to act, or negligence of myself, my guests or minors for whom I am responsible.

11. I agree that this Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted according to New Jersey law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey.

13. I am NOT an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug or any other controlled substance. I understand that Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to remove any person they have suspicion of being under the influence, this includes smell.

14. In the event I bring a minor to Shore Shot Pistol Range, the attached Guardian's Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement has been signed by the minor's legal guardian and I confirm the minor is over the age of 8.

15. I recognize the safety of everyone at Shore Shot Pistol Range is my responsibility and I agree not to cause harm to myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.

17. I recognize that if I do anything while using the facility (including in any of the parking areas of the facility) to in any way intentionally cause personal injury (including but not limited to death) to myself or that may intentionally or negligently cause personal injury (including but not limited to death) to any third party or any property owned by any third party (including Shore Shot Pistol Range), Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. shall have the right to bring a claim against me and/or my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to recover damage caused both to any property or Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. and the to the business of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. as a result of such acts.

The terms and conditions of this agreement applies to the shooting range and retail store owned and operated by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. (also hereinafter referred as Shore Shot Pistol Range and/or Shore Shot).

In consideration of being allowed to enter and use the facility and participate in the activities at Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. located at 730 Airport Road, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement, and have signed as having been read and understood by me:

1. I have read the Range Rules and I understand these Range Rules are subject to change. I understand that Range Safety Officers may instruct me of additional rules at any time. I am responsible to obey all range rules whether written or verbal. I verify that, before using the facility, I either have watched or will watch the safety video provided by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I agree to obey and comply with the Range Rules, general policies and rules of operation and administration of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I understand that any violation can result in removal from the facility with no refund.

2. I am familiar with and understand the operation of each firearm (rifle, handgun, long gun or other) which I will use at Shore Shot. The word "operation" includes the safe handling, loading and unloading procedures, and safety mechanisms and features of each firearm.

3. I understand the Shore Shot recommends the use of newly manufactured commercial ammunition at all time on the range. I accept full and complete responsibility for the inherent risks resulting from my and anyone else's use of reloads or hand loads, including all personal injuries to myself and anyone else. I also agree to thoroughly check to be sure I am using the correct ammunition at all times.

4. Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement


The terms and conditions of this agreement applies to the shooting range and retail store owned and operated by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. (also hereinafter referred as Shore Shot Pistol Range and/or Shore Shot).

In consideration of being allowed to enter and use the facility and participate in the activities at Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. located at 730 Airport Road, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement, and have signed as having been read and understood by me:

1. I have read the Range Rules and I understand these Range Rules are subject to change. I understand that Range Safety Officers may instruct me of additional rules at any time. I am responsible to obey all range rules whether written or verbal. I verify that, before using the facility, I either have watched or will watch the safety video provided by Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I agree to obey and comply with the Range Rules, general policies and rules of operation and administration of Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc. I understand that any violation can result in removal from the facility with no refund.

2. I am familiar with and understand the operation of each firearm (rifle, handgun, long gun or other) which I will use at Shore Shot. The word "operation" includes the safe handling, loading and unloading procedures, and safety mechanisms and features of each firearm.

3. I understand the Shore Shot recommends the use of newly manufactured commercial ammunition at all time on the range. I accept full and complete responsibility for the inherent risks resulting from my and anyone else's use of reloads or hand loads, including all personal injuries to myself and anyone else. I also agree to thoroughly check to be sure I am using the correct ammunition at all times.

4. I agree that prior to participating in or observing any shooting activities, I will inspect Shore Shot, firearms and ammunition to be used and, if I believe anything to be unsafe for any reason, I will so advise a Range Safety Officer and/or another employee of Shore Shot Pistol Range and will leave the unsafe portion of Shore Shot immediately. 

5. I acknowledge and fully understand that I and all others engaged in shooting, coaching, observing or training with firearms at Shore Shot Pistol Range will be engaged in activities that involve inherent risks of serious personal injury including disability or death and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or inactions or the actions of inactions of others; such risk include but are not limited to:

  • My failure to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly hand or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The failure of others to abide by firearms safety rules or to properly handle or use firearms or ammunition.
  • The characteristics, including the design, manufacturing or other defects, of any firearm or ammunition being used by myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.
  • The characteristics, including the design, construction, and maintenance, of Shore Shot Pistol Range's facility including, but not limited to, the multiple firing ports and the inability of Shore Shot Pistol Range's personnel (including Range Safety Officers) to, at all times, monitor and supervise Shore Shot Pistol Range members, their guests, hourly fee users and others using the facility.

6. I recognize that I may be expelled from the facilities for violations of the Range Rules, both written and verbal, or for behavior deemed unsafe by Shore Shot Pistol Range personnel. Decisions regarding expulsion are final.

7. I accept full responsibility for any damage or destruction I cause to Shore Shot Pistol Range property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range property includes, but is not limited to, the facility, range equipment, target frames, target supports or mechanisms, firearms, signs and all equipment, electrical and otherwise. Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to recover from me a reasonable charge for any such damage and is entitled to recover its costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in bringing any claim for such damage.

8. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury, disability or death. The word "damages" includes, but not limited to, the incurring of physical and emotional injury of any kind, loss of physical function, ability or capacity, medical expenses, lost wages or income, loss of consortium and any other compensatory damage.

9. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge Shore Shot Pistol Range, Inc., including each of their owners, managers, employees and successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits seeking damages on account of any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or anyone else, caused in whole or in part or alleged to be so caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties or caused by anyone else.

10. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns, I hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits for any personal injury, disability or death occuring to myself or any other person which result entirely or in part from the actions, failure to act, or negligence of myself, my guests or minors for whom I am responsible.

11. I agree that this Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted according to New Jersey law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey.

12. I certify as follows: (1.) I am not currently and have never been the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from legally owning, handling or possessing firearms under New Jersey or Federal law; (2.) That I can lawfully own, handle and possess a firearm; and, (3.) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

13. I am NOT an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug or any other controlled substance. I understand that Shore Shot Pistol Range reserves the right to remove any person they have suspicion of being under the influence, this includes smell.

14. In the event I bring a minor to Shore Shot Pistol Range, the attached Guardian's Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement has been signed by the minor's legal guardian and I confirm the minor is over the age of 8.

15. I recognize the safety of everyone at Shore Shot Pistol Range is my responsibility and I agree not to cause harm to myself or others at Shore Shot Pistol Range.
