1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Gunsite 3-Day Pistol Course Giveaway begins on Friday, January 10th, 2025 10:00 AM EDT and ends on Friday January 31st, 2025 9:00 PM EDT.


 By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Contest Sponsors include Shooters World, LLC, Shooters World Villages, LLC, Shooters World Orlando LLC, and PH Supply, LLC.


2. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and are legally eligible to purchase a firearm in the United States. Gunsite Academy, Inc. requires applicants to supply certain documentation prior to participation in training. Acceptance of credential documents is at the sole discretion of Gunsite. Applicant verifies that all credential documentation is true and correct. All Students must provide the following required credential documentation no later than 7-days prior to the course to attend the Gunsite Class. 

  • PHOTO ID (provide any ONE of the following):
  • Copy of US Driver’s License
  • Copy of US Passport
  • Copy of Student ID (for minors only)
  • BACKGROUND (provide any ONE of the following):
  • Current, Active or Reserve Duty MIL/LE ID card (or evidence thereof)
  • Current Concealed Weapons Permit or FFL (with your name on it)
  • Trusted Traveler Program Card/Approval (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, TSA PreCheck)
  • Receipt of Gun Purchase/NICS Check (within the past year)
  • Statement of No Criminal History from a Law Enforcement Agency

Gunsite reserves the right to deny training to anyone for any reason. Employees, representatives and agents of Shooters World, LLC, Shooters World Villages, LLC, Shooters World Orlando LLC, and PH Supply, LLC, Contest Sponsors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and those living in the same household of such employees, representatives, and agents are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.


3. PRIZES:

(1) EXCLUSIVE SEAT IN GUNSITE'S 3-DAY PISTOL COURSE, TAKING PLACE AT SHOOTERS WORLD VILLAGES ON FEBRUARY 21ST, 2025 THROUGH FEBRUARY 23RD, 2025, A $1340 VALUE.

 Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded, with a total of 1 prize and 1 winner. All federal and state taxes (if applicable) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Fees associated with a Background Check and any other federal, state, or local requirements to acquire a firearm in Florida are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize is permitted except that Shooters World, LLC, Shooters World Villages, LLC, Shooters World Orlando LLC, and PH Supply, LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute direction, to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value. In the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason or a Winner is not capable of redeeming a prize for any reason, Shooters World, LLC, Shooters World Villages, LLC, Shooters World Orlando LLC, and PH Supply, LLC or other sponsors will not be obligated to award any prize. 


4. HOW TO ENTER: Contestants can enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by filling out the Gunsite 3-Day Pistol Course Giveaway form once per day on digital devices located within specific Shooters World locations.


 Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

 

5. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. The winner will be contacted via e-mail and announced that same day via Shooters World, LLC's social media accounts or email. If the winner does not claim their prize within 1-day a new winner may be selected at random and contacted the following day. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.


6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information the same day after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 1 day of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner's failure to adequately monitor any email account. The winner may also be contacted via phone if a number is provided and will be contact will be attempted in conjunction with email.


 Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. No cash value.


7. PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list. Email addresses collected for email opt-in may be shared with all Contest Sponsors for use in future marketing campaigns. Personal information gathered will be used for the purposes of administering the prize, contacting potential winners, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.


 If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
