Please select agree next to each Lakeside Bounce rules and regulations. By agreeing you are acknowledging that a member of Lakeside Bounce staff has presented you with the rules & contract that you signed agreeing you understand all aspects of the rules/regulations. You are also releasing Lakeside Bounce and its employees/contractors for liability of injuries or complications that may occur as a direct and indirect consequence of breaking the rules listed on this sheet with Lakeside Bounce equipment.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO USE ANY CLEANERS OR CHEMICALS ON THE INFLATABLE. HARSH CHEMICALS SUCH AS BLEACH CAN DESTROY THE PROTECTIVE COATING. IF YOU NEED TO RECLEAN OR RESANITIZE THE UNIT YOU MUST CALL US AT 816-592-6080 PRIOR TO DOING SO. IF A UNIT IS FOUND WITH AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN CLEANED WITH CHEMICALS THAT RESULT IN PEELING OR DETERIORATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL REPLACEMENT COST OF THE UNIT.

 There is NO SILLY STRING allowed inside or outside of the unit. You understand that this will permanently damage the unit and ruin the vinyl. There is no face paint, gum, candy, or sticky substances allowed near the unit. You understand that this will permanently damage the unit. The use of colored banners, streamers, balloons, or tissue paper is strictly prohibited. The dyes that are used in the paper products will permanently stain and damage the unit. There are to be NO TOYS and NO SHARP OBJECTS allowed in the unit at any time  NO FIREWORKS! These things can permanently damage the unit and it will need to be repaired.

 Once the unit is set up/unrolled it cannot be moved without a charge. If an issue arises during the rental and a return trip is needed by Lakeside Bounce staff, there is a $50 charge unless there is faulty equipment (ex. bad blower). Customers will be charged for things such as hose twisting or breaker tripping. We will attempt to troubleshoot over the phone but if those attempts fail and we must return to your location your card on file will be charged $50. You are responsible for marking any utility, sprinkler, water, septic lines/fields/areas. You explicitly release and indemnify Lakeside Bounce from any responsibility due to damages to any of the lines mentioned above.

 Bounce House Slide Combos & Bounce Houses are geared for kids 13 & under ONLY! No adult uses.  Water slides & interactive games are for kids and adults. Please follow the rules outlined in the e-contract & rule labels on all inflatables. No more than 5 kids under the age of 13 in a bounce house or combo at the same time.  ONE PERSON DOWN THE SLIDE AT A TIME. NO DOUBLE RIDERS. DO NOT JUMP OR BOUNCE FROM THE TOP OF THE SLIDE. SIT ON THE BOTTOM FACING FORWARD TO SLIDE.

 If your house is on a water well system, we must use water that has been treated and is free of discoloration. Even short-term exposure to unfiltered water will permanently stain and ruin the unit. The stains from this cannot be removed and are awfully expensive to correct. In the event of staining, you will be charged a $25-$200 cleaning fee.

 The unit must be deflated if winds or wind gusts are to exceed 15 mph. Staff members will show you how to do this. In heavy rain, the blower needs to be covered with a bin, an oversized garbage bag, a box, etc

 If the input is completely covered during use the inflatable will not inflate properly.  Do not use equipment in heavy rain!

 If you are keeping the unit overnight, please inflate the unit on the morning of the pick-up. This will ensure that it is ready for our staff’s arrival, it will help shed water/dew, and prepare the unit for cleaning and sanitizing. If the unit is NOT INFLATED A FEE OF $35 will be charged to the credit card on file. The unit is NOT to be moved, rotated, or placed on concrete by anyone other than a trained member of Lakeside Bounce.

  By initialing this you acknowledge that if any of these rules are not followed, you will be responsible for the cost of damages incurred. Damage repairs include but are not limited to excess cleaning ($50+), professional repairs/sewing, or complete replacement of damaged equipment. Should damage occur you will be sent a bill and your credit card will be charged. YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL RULES OUTLINED IN THE ELECTRONIC CONTRACT SIGNED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. This contract is between Lakeside Bounce LLC and the customer/renter identified below.

You explicitly acknowledge and understand that there are risks inherent to the use and enjoyment of the inflatable that you have rented. By using or permitting others to use the inflatable, you are assuming the risk of such injury to you or the permitted user. You therefore agree to release Lakeside Bounce LLC, and all of its agents, employees, and officers, from any liability whatsoever, including liability related to the negligence of Lakeside Bounce LLC and/or its agents, employees, and officers. You also agree to indemnify and hold Lakeside Bounce LLC harmless from any and all claims arising from your improper use of the inflatable or from the violation of any of the rules in this document or related contracts.

 The undersigned individual hereby acknowledges the actual receipt and delivery of the ordered goods described on the invoice or contract previously provided to the customer. Further, acknowledgment of delivery includes that goods were inspected with care and that everything was delivered as described (clean and free from damage).
