**WARNING**: Under Indiana law, an equine professional is not liable for injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT HORSEBACK RIDING IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND THAT HORSES ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. NO HORSE CAN BE CONSIDERED COMPLETELY SAFE. I ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF THOSE I BRING TO THE STABLES OR PROPERTY WITH ME. **LIABILITY RELEASE**: In consideration of this stable allowing my participation in this activity, I, the boarder/owner/rider, agree to hold harmless and release this stable, along with its owners, agents, employees, officers, members, property owners, insurers, and affiliated organizations, from any legal liability due to the stable's ordinary negligence. Furthermore, I agree that I will not bring any claims, demands, actions, or lawsuits against the stable or its affiliates for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me or my associates while on the premises or while involved in any activities related to the stable, including riding, handling, competing, or being near horses owned by or in the care, custody, and control of anyone associated with the stable. By signing below, I indicate my understanding that horses are inherently dangerous. I absolve the property owner of all legal, medical, and civil liability for any injuries that I or anyone I have brought to the property may sustain on or off the owner’s property. I explicitly hold harmless and absolve the property owner from any liability. **Signer Statement of Awareness**: I, the undersigned, have read and understand the foregoing agreement and liability release.
