The following rules must be adhered to during while on The Mission of Cor Jesu’s property and or in our facilities:

  • You must check in and out with a Cor Jesu representative.
  • You must wear a volunteer lanyard that must be visible at all times.
  • All grounds and facilities are to be left as you found them.
  • No smoking except for designated areas.
  • No drug or CBD use on property.
  • No candles may be used inside any facility.
  • You may not go on, in, or near the ponds at any time.
  • All guests must use respectful language.
  • All guests must be respectfully dressed.
  • All guests must adhere to Christian values and behaviors while visiting The Mission of Cor Jesu.
  • Failure to comply will result in your being asked to leave the property.


I have read and understand any rules provided to me by the Mission of Cor Jesu, and I agree to abide by the rules set forth therein. I also understand that failure to follow the rules will lead to a request to leave the premises.

In consideration for being allowed to access, utilize, volunteer at, and/or stay on the property, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

  1. I do not have any physical, mental, or other conditions that could interfere with my safety or the safety of others while volunteering, or else I am willing to bear the costs of all risks, known or unknown, that may be created directly or indirectly by such a condition; and
  2. I knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Mission of Cor Jesu or others, and assume full responsibility for my utilization of the property and hereby forever release, waive, and discharge The Mission of Cor Jesu, its employees, board members, volunteers, member organizations, sponsors, donors, officers, and committee members from all liability for any and all loss or damage or any claims of damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to person or property, even resulting in death, whether caused by active or passage negligence of The Mission of Cor Jesu or otherwise while on the property or volunteering; and
  3. I hereby warrant that I am of legal age and competent to enter into this Agreement, that I have read this Agreement carefully, understand its terms and conditions, acknowledge that I will be giving up substantial legal rights by signing it (including the rights of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns), acknowledge that I have signed this Agreement without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend for my signature to serve as confirmation of my complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement.
  4. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues and no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
  5. This Agreement shall be binding upon any minors as listed herein which accompany the undersigned parent or legal guardian signing this Agreement on their behalf.
