Welcome to Royal Super Mart (“Royal”). This Sign-Up Form (“Sign-Up”) explains basic membership requirements. For a full explanation of our Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), please visit our website at https://royalsupermart.com/terms-and-conditions/ . The Terms, together with this Sign-Up Form constitute the (“Agreement”) between you (“You, Your, Yours”) and the Royal Super Mart, LLC (“We”, “Our” “Us’ or “Royal”). In the event of a conflict between the Terms and this Sign-Up, the Terms shall prevail and govern.  

Membership Eligibility and Terms: 

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Individuals aged 16 and older may become members with parent or guardian permission. Royal may refuse membership to any applicant, and membership may be terminated at RSM's discretion and without cause. To foster a close-knit community, members are required to reside within a 10-mile radius of Royal Super Mart. The eligible zip codes are detailed in the Terms.

Membership Cards, Keycards, Fees, and Renewals: 

Membership is for a 12-month term from registration. Members will be provided with a unique membership card or key fob, or they can opt for the Open Path app access, which will be essential for entering Royal Super Mart premises. This membership card or access point must not be shared with non-members or used by anyone other than the registered member. The nonrefundable annual membership fee for the primary member is $40, with an additional charge of $5 for every other household member aged 16 or above. Upon membership termination members must return any physical keycards, as these remain the property of Royal. Members are responsible for timely renewing of their memberships to ensure uninterrupted access. Royal may adjust the pricing of its products and services without advance notice. 

General Policies: 

  1. Supervision of Minors: The Member agrees that any minors under their guardianship or accompanying them to the premises will be under direct supervision at all times. Furthermore, the Member ensures that a parent or legal guardian, familiar with and in agreement with Royal's membership terms, will always accompany minors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, individuals between the ages of 16 and 18 who have been admitted as Members, do not need to be accompanied.  
  2. Dress Code: The Member agrees to adhere to Royal Super Mart's dress code, which mandates wearing proper attire, including shirts and shoes, at all times within the premises.
  3. Guest Responsibility: The Member accepts the responsibility for any guests or family members accompanying them, ensuring their compliance with all of Royal's policies and guidelines.
  4. Inspection Policy Acknowledgment: The Member acknowledges Royal's right to inspect any container or bag brought into or carried out of the premises and consents to such inspections as necessary.
  5. Firearm Policy: In the interest of safety for all, the Member agrees not to bring or possess any firearms within the boundaries of Royal Super Mart.
  6. Animal Restrictions: The Member understands and agrees that pets or animals are not permitted within Royal Super Mart, with the sole exception being service animals protected under applicable laws.

Extended Hours and Unstaffed Operations

Royal may be open or operate with extended hours without staff or volunteers present. During these hours, you agree to conduct yourself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the facility in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. You should utilize the available automated systems for checkout, accurately reporting and paying for the items you intend to purchase. It is understood that membership privileges are contingent upon compliance with these standards, fostering a safe, respectful, and honest community shopping environment. You acknowledge that any breaches of this trust may result in penalties, including but not limited to, membership termination.

Member Responsibilities and Commitments: Members pledge to:

  • Attend an orientation meeting (about 20 minutes) to be provided by Royal.
  • Safeguard their membership access.
  • Accurately account for items purchased.
  • Respect and maintain the facility's cleanliness and order.
  • Alert staff to any safety hazards or suspicious activities.
  • Timely pay membership dues.
  • Inform Royal of any changes to their address or if they wish to discontinue their membership.

Royal Responsibilities and Commitments: Royal promises to:

  • Maintain up-to-date records for each member.
  • Implement robust security measures, including alarm systems, keycard access, surveillance cameras, self-checkout mechanisms, and cooler temperature monitoring.
  • Conduct regular reviews of footage and data to prevent theft or damage.
  • Take action, which may include membership termination, if there are instances of theft or inappropriate behavior.
  • Uphold applicable food and facility safety standards and requirements.

I hereby agree to become a member of the Royal Super Mart ("RSM"), subject to the provisions and terms stipulated in the Agreement.
