Next Level Platforms Inc. Demo Collateral Agreement

The undersigned understands and agrees that they will be loaned for demo purposes (one) set of

skis, bindings and Next Level Platforms known as “The Demo Equipment” on (date)_______ May 19, 2025__________and that The Demo Equipment is valued at $2,800.00

The undersigned also understands and agrees that a valid Credit Card will be held until such equipment is returned and that should the equipment not be returned on the day of this agreement by no later than the time agreed or at the latest 4:00pm of the demo day The Demo Equipment shall be deemed missing and per this agreement the undersigned has authorized Next Level Platforms Inc. to charge the amount of $2,800.00 on their Credit Card to recoup their loss.
