I, the undersigned, fully understand and agree to the following: ❖ A Liability Waiver has been fully completed and signed by a parent, guardian, or the rider, if the rider is over 18 years of age.

Lessons scheduled for a specific day and time each week. 30 days notice is required to change or cancel your time slot, notice is due on the 1st of the month.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your lesson to qualify for one make up per month. The make up lesson will need to be made up within the month and is limited to instructors availability. Lessons that are skipped or not made up will not be credited to students. Any instructor or weather related cancellations will not count towards your one make up lesson.
Lessons must be paid for prior to the first of the month or an additional $30 late fee will be charged. One Hour Private: $55 One Hour group: $45 ❖ Pricing Schedule B
Pay as you go lessons for people who can't ride each week. Call us to schedule when you can or keep a schedule but don't be locked in. Lesson fee is due at the time of booking. We require 24 hours notice to reschedule your lesson. Lessons that are skipped will not be credited to students.
One Hour Private: $65 One Hour Group: $55 Half Hour Private: $40 ❖ The length and location of each lesson is up to the discretion of the instructor, determined by the abilities of the horse and rider as well as each individual lesson's goal. ❖ Please note that special events (i.e. clinics, shows, off farm rides, etc) are first come first serve and there are no refunds or cancellations. You are welcome to find an appropriate rider to offer your spot to if you are unable to make it. ❖ You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and your horse, this includes cleaning tack, sweeping and picking up manure. ❖ If a student arrives late for their scheduled appointment, they will miss part or all of their scheduled riding time. ❖ The rider is required to wear an ASTM-SEI certified helmet with a secured harness at all times while mounted or in a vehicle being pulled by an animal. ❖ The rider is required to wear long pants and boots with heels during their lesson. No sandals will be allowed while riding or working around the horses. ❖ Students and guardians have read our barn safety procedures and agree to all rules. Today's Date: November 21, 2024
