2nd Amendment Guns Membership & Package Agreement

  • As of part of membership with 2nd Amendment Guns, members will receive the following benefits:

  • Free guest pass - 10 guest passes per 12 month period
  • 5% off non-bulk ammo
  • 10% off Accessories, Competitions, and Training Classes - (Excluding CCW & HR218)
  • Membership Dues
  • Seasonal Membership - Month to Month (No 12 month commitment)
  • $50 - Expires after 1 month
  • Yearly - PIF or Monthly- (Monthly payment must be paid each month. It is a yearly commitment of 12 payments, for the benefits of a yearly membership)
  • Single $300 a year or $29.99 a month for 12 months
  • Duo $400 a year or $39.99 a month for 12 months
  • Family $450 a year or $49.99 a month for 12 months

  • Memberships are not transferable
  • Memberships are not refundable
  • Monthly memberships (Single, Duo, Family) is a yearly commitment and must be paid each month for the length of 12 months from the start of the membership.

Class Packages

  • All training class packages will expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Rescheduling for training class packages requires at least a 72 hour (3 day) notice before the class date you are scheduled for. Failure to notify us within the specified time will result in a 50% rescheduling fee, meaning the customer will have to pay half of the original class fee to reschedule their class.
  • If the customer does not give 2nd Amendment Guns notice to reschedule and does not show up to the class they are scheduled for (No Call/No Show), it will result in the termination of their class package & no refund.

  • Private Packages
  • All private packages will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Rescheduling for private packages can be done at any time. 
  • No Call/No Shows for private packages will be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.

  • Liability
  • The Customer will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in their membership or any class.

  • Privacy
  • The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Customer with other Customers, non-members or any third parties.
  • Duration
  • The Customer and the Organization understand that this agreement is indefinite from the date of signature and on, and would include all future packages purchased for any training services including, but not limited to, educational courses, certifications, competitions, & range memberships.
