I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging Chamber Made, LLC. Dba MACS to perform firearm or firearm-parts related services, which may include but are not limited to: firearm disassembly, cleaning, maintenance, or repairs to parts; installation of parts or accessories; sight mounting, zeroing, or alignment; suppressor cleaning or mounting; knife or tool sharpening; firearm appraisals; and any other gunsmithing or armory-related tasks.

I understand that firearms and firearm accessories are inherently dangerous and that all maintenance, appraisal, or modification services carry inherent risks. In consideration of receiving services from Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS, I hereby release and discharge Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any service performed, including but not limited to: negligence, errors or omissions, accidental damage, failure or malfunction of any firearm or accessory after service, or loss of property, bodily injury, or death. I assume full responsibility for the safety, function, and use of my firearm after service has been completed. 

I expressly agree that I will not file any lawsuit or legal claim against Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS for any reason related to the services rendered. This includes claims of personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or dissatisfaction with services performed. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise in connection with my use of the firearm or accessory after service, third-party use of the serviced item, or my breach of this agreement. 

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to inspect the firearm after service and before use. I understand that Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS makes no guarantee, express or implied, of the performance, safety, or legality of any modifications, installations, or appraisals performed. This Agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Texas. I confirm that I am the legal owner of the firearm or accessory submitted for service and that it is not involved in any legal investigations or disputes. According to Federal Guidelines, being in possession of a firearm constitutes legal possession or ownership of said firearm. I understand that Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS will handle and store my firearm in a safe and secure manner while it is in their possession, but I am ultimately responsible for ensuring the firearm's safety and security after it is returned. 

Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS CANNOT under any circumstances hold a firearm overnight. It is the customer’s responsibility to make themselves available for us to return their firearm to them the same day. In the event the customer has not made themselves available, we have no option other than to consider the firearm abandoned, and at this time, we will have to turn it over to the ATF as we are not an FFL with the ability to store firearms overnight. 

Residential Services: I understand that delays may occur during the course of the service, and I agree to allow for reasonable delays in the performance of services, including but not limited to parts availability and scheduling. If I am a no-show or cancel my appointment less than 48 hours in advance, I acknowledge that no refund is guaranteed. I hereby authorize Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS to perform all necessary work on the firearm or accessory as discussed, including any repairs, modifications, or adjustments required. 

Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS does not offer any warranty or guarantee; however, if there is an issue that is brought to our attention immediately, we will do our best to make it right. I acknowledge that Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS may take photographs or videos of my firearm for documentation or marketing purposes, and I consent to the use of these images for record-keeping, marketing and quality control. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms above. I understand this document releases Chamber Made, LLC. dba MACS from liability and waives my right to sue. Signing this waiver also means that I agree to these same terms on any future jobs or firearms.
