Membership Terms & Agreement By scheduling an appointment for any service offered and/or signing up for any package or membership, you are acknowledging and accepting the risks inherent in the use of the therapies offered at Kairos Float & Wellness Studio and agree to review and execute the General Release of Liability and Waiver before receiving any Services. I agree that these terms and conditions are in effect for all sessions and will not expire unless requested by either party. Neither Kairos nor its representatives provide medical advice or treatment. Therapies offered may or may not be appropriate for you. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical advice before treatment. The information provided is for general information purposes only and does not address individual circumstances or medical conditions. Do not attempt to self-treat any disease with any Service provided by Kairos without direction from a medical professional.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Terms and conditions are non-negotiable. Should you choose not to agree to any parts of this agreement, membership will not be extended to you.
- All memberships have a three-month minimum commitment unless otherwise stated.
- Membership payments are non-refundable and auto-renew on the same date each month via debit/ credit card draft.
- I understand that I am in full control of my payment. If at any time I decide to make any changes to my credit/debit card information, I must submit the new banking information to Kairos before the next due date (this can be done online or in your account). We always require a working credit card on file for you to utilize services.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared unless otherwise stated on the Kairos Floathelm Store.
I Agree Pausing Membership - You must be a member for at least 90 days to be eligible to pause your account. Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months. You may designate a date to end your pause period at any time. If no end date is given, membership will be paused for the full 3-month period. At the end of the paused duration, your dues will continue with your next scheduled auto-renewal date unless you provide notice of cancellation.
- You will still have access to your credits while your membership is paused but not to other member benefits/ perks.
I Agree Cancellation of Membership - Cancellation of memberships requires written notice, 14 days before the renewal date. No exceptions. Email manager@kairosfloats.com
- No refunds will be issued after membership has been charged.
- Upon cancellation of your membership, you have 30 days to utilize any remaining credits.

Appointment No-Show/ Cancellation policy - We adhere to a strict, 24-hour advance cancellation policy.
- You are considered a no-show 20 minutes after the appointment start time.
- No-shows will result in a charge for the full service, for any service, regardless of credits in your account or membership status.
By purchasing or signing up for a membership, or scheduling an appointment online, you are acknowledging receipt of Kairos’ above terms and conditions, and you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as part of this agreement. I Agree
Use of Service Credits PolicyService Credits - Credits are valid only for the service type purchased.
- Example: Sauna session credits can be applied to longer sauna sessions (20 → 45 minutes).
- Credits cannot be applied toward floats, contrast therapy, or halotherapy.
- Service credits are not automatically shareable with another person unless otherwise stated.
Sharing Service Credits- Service credits may be transferred to another person for a $5 transfer fee, provided the credit was purchased at full price.
- If the credit was purchased at a discount, the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference in cost, plus the $5 transfer fee.
- Example: If you purchased a 60-minute float for $49 (regularly $70), the recipient would pay $21 (difference) + $5 transfer fee = $26 total.
