Welcome to the Glamptopia by Marsh and Mountain Outfitters LLC We hope your stay with us is pleasant and enjoyable. To help us ensure thesafety and satisfaction of all guests, including you and your pets,please review the following policies and guidelines.

Please read and INITIAL by each of the following:


I agree a Maximum of two dogs are allowed per rental unit.


I agree Dogs are allowed in our pet designated units only. Guests introducing pets into a non-pet friendly units will be charged a minimum of $150 cleaning fee plus damages, which includes but is not limited to lost revenue.


I agree The only animal that is allowed on Marsh and Mountain property is a DOG. The property strictly prohibits ANY other animal other than a-dog. If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior towards other guests or property staff, you agree that you will remove the dog. Property Management will make the final decision as to what constitutes “aggressive behavior,” and you agree to follow management’s decision.


I agree property staff has the right to use precautionary measures if my dog becomes aggressive towards other guests or property staff, which may include dog repellent spray.


I agree that my pet has received, and is current with all required shots and immunizations.


I agree to use the dog waste pick up stations and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage receptacles.

 


I agree to keep my dog with me or a designated individual at all times. I will not leave him/her unattended in my rental unit without being kenneled.


I agree to pay the one-time $50 per pet fee that will be added to the bill upon check-in. This fee is non- refundable.


I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while on property and in public areas. Pets are prohibited from bath house, Service animals are permitted in all of these spaces.


I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages/harm and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet during my stay at the property . The property accepts no responsibility for a pet or pet owner who does not follow the items listed on this waiver.


I agree to pay any additional cleaning or repair bills should they be required and authorize the property to charge my credit card for such charges, even if they are discovered following my departure from the property . This includes, but is not limited to, odors, stains, excessive hair, and flea treatment of the rental unit.


I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, inthe interest of other property guests.


I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the property management by other occupants or personnel of the property , at the request of the property manager, I shall immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the property or leave the property without reimbursement.

INDEMNIFICATION

As a responsible pet owner, I further agree that I shall assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog suffered by any guest, employees, or invitees of Marsh and Mountain Outffiters LLC Property including the approved veterinarian and its employees. In the event that such personal injuries or property damage should arise, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Property and its past of present owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, affiliated companies, successors and assigns, for any claim which may arise.
