At Pretty Little Face LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting the time and efforts of our staff. Therefore, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Policy for Pretty Little Face LLC:


1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Timeframe:

   - Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

   - Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee.


2. Cancellation Fee:

   - If a client cancels or reschedules their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of service will be charged.

   - This fee helps compensate for the loss of time and potential revenue that could have been allocated to other clients.


3. No-Show Policy:

   - If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, they will be considered a no-show.

   - A no-show fee of 50% of service will be charged to the client for the missed appointment.

   - This fee covers the time and resources that were reserved specifically for the client.


4. Fee Payment:

   - Any cancellation or no-show fees incurred must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.

   - Payment can be made either by credit card, cash, or any other acceptable payment method determined by Pretty Little Face LLC.


5. Exceptions:

   - In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that cancellations or rescheduling may be unavoidable.

   - If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Refund Policy for Pretty Little Face LLC:


1. Service Fees:

   - All service fees paid by clients are non-refundable.

   - This includes fees for appointments, consultations, treatments, or any other services provided by Pretty Little Face LLC.

   - We commit our time, expertise, and resources to provide the agreed-upon services and cannot offer refunds once the service has been rendered.


2. Product Purchases:

   - All sales of products, including skincare items, cosmetics, or any other merchandise, are final.

   - We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased from Pretty Little Face LLC, unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.

   - If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss the issue and potential resolution.


3. Client Satisfaction:

   - In the event that a client is dissatisfied with a service or product provided by Pretty Little Face LLC, we encourage open communication.

   - We will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns or issues to the best of our ability.

   - However, this does not guarantee a refund or reimbursement of any kind.


4. Exceptions:

   - In exceptional cases where a refund may be considered, it will be at the sole discretion of Pretty Little Face LLC management.

   - Any exceptions to this no refund policy must be agreed upon in writing between the client and Pretty Little Face LLC.



Running Late for Your Appointment Policy:


1. Communication:

   - If you know you will be running late for your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.

   - You can contact us by calling or texting to inform us of your estimated arrival time.

   - We will do our best to accommodate your revised schedule but please note that we cannot guarantee that your appointment will be extended or rescheduled.


2. Late Arrival:

   - If you arrive late for your appointment, we will still try to provide you with the remaining time available for your scheduled service.

   - However, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.

   - You will be charged the full price for the originally scheduled service, regardless of the shortened duration.


3. Cancellation or Rescheduling:

   - If you are significantly delayed and unable to make your appointment, we appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible.

   - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.

   - However, please note that our standard cancellation policy will apply, and you may be subject to any applicable cancellation fees.


4. Repeat Offenses:

   - Repeated instances of arriving late for appointments without prior communication may result in restrictions or limitations on future bookings.

   - This ensures that we can maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all our clients.


Eyelash Refill Policy for 2 and 3 Weeks:


At Pretty Little Face LLC, we offer eyelash refill services to help maintain and enhance the longevity of your eyelash extensions. We understand that regular maintenance is essential to keep your lashes looking their best. Therefore, we have established the following policy for eyelash refills at 2 and 3-week intervals:


1. Two-Week (1-15 days) Eyelash Refill:

   - If you return for a refill within two weeks of your last appointment, you will be eligible for our two-week refill pricing.

   - During the two-week refill, our technicians will assess the condition of your lashes and add new extensions to the areas where your natural lashes have shed.

   - The two-week refill appointment typically takes less time and uses fewer lash extensions compared to a full set appointment.

   - Please note that if you have lost a significant number of lash extensions or if your lashes require extensive work, additional charges may apply.


2. Three-Week (1-22 days) Eyelash Refill:

   - If you return for a refill within three weeks of your last appointment, you will be eligible for our three-week refill pricing.

   - During the three-week refill, our technicians will assess the condition of your lashes and add new extensions to the areas where your natural lashes have shed.

   - The three-week refill appointment may require more time and additional lash extensions compared to the two-week refill appointment.

   - Please note that if you have lost a substantial number of lash extensions or if your lashes require extensive work, additional charges may apply.


3. Beyond Three Weeks:

   - If you exceed the three-week mark since your last appointment, your refill will be considered as a full set appointment.

   - Our technicians will need to assess the condition of your lashes and may have to apply a significant number of new extensions, similar to a full set.

   - Please note that additional charges may apply for a refill appointment beyond three weeks.


It is important to note that proper care and maintenance of your eyelash extensions, including avoiding excessive rubbing, pulling, or using oil-based products, will help extend the longevity of your lashes between refill appointments.

Prior to Your Lash Appointment To-Do List:


1. Cleanse your lashes: On the day of your lash appointment, make sure to thoroughly cleanse your lashes and eyelids. Remove any makeup, oils, or residue using a gentle, oil-free cleanser. This will ensure that your lashes are clean and ready for the application of new extensions.


2. Avoid caffeine and stimulants: Refrain from consuming caffeinated beverages or other stimulants before your appointment. These substances can make your eyes twitch or flutter, which can make the lash application process more challenging.


3. Remove contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to remove them before your lash appointment. This will allow for a more comfortable experience during the application process.


4. Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes: Please arrive at your appointment with no eye makeup on, including mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow. Any residue or makeup products can interfere with the lash adhesive and affect the longevity of your lash extensions.


5. Communicate your preferences: Before your appointment, think about the desired look you want to achieve with your lash extensions. Consider the length, curl, and volume you prefer. Communicate these preferences to your lash technician, who will help you achieve the desired outcome.


6. Plan your schedule: Lash appointments can take some time, so make sure to plan your schedule accordingly. Avoid scheduling any other commitments immediately after your appointment to allow ample time for the application process.


7. Avoid using oil-based products: In the days leading up to your appointment, avoid using any oil-based products on or around your eyes. Oil can break down the lash adhesive and cause the extensions to fall off prematurely.


8. Arrive with clean and dry hair: If you plan on getting your hair washed or styled after your lash appointment, make sure to arrive with clean, dry hair. This will prevent any moisture or steam from affecting the lash adhesive while it sets.


9. Relax and enjoy: Lastly, come to your appointment with a relaxed mindset. Lash appointments can be a soothing and enjoyable experience. Take this time to unwind and let the lash technician work their magic.


Following these steps will help ensure a smooth and successful lash appointment, resulting in beautifully applied lash extensions that enhance your natural beauty.



ALLERGY 

In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.


Parent(s) or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian(s) must sign for any participating minor (those under 18 years of age) and agree that they and the minor are subject to all the terms of this document, as set forth above.
