Guest Waiver


As a Member of MUD Ceramics Studio, I understand and agree to the following responsibilities in regards to my guest:

  • Supervision: I will maintain presence at the studio for the entire duration of my guest's visit. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate conduct of my guest.
  • Liability for Damages: I will assume responsibility for any and all damages to the studio property that are caused by my guest. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment damage, property loss, and any costs that may result from negligence or intentional acts.
  • Policy Adherence: I will ensure that my guest is informed of and adheres to the policies outlined in the MUD Ceramics Studio Handbook. It is my responsibility to provide my guest with the necessary information and guidance about the studio's rules and regulations.
  • Firing Pieces: In the event that my guest wishes to fire pieces, I will manage this within my monthly kiln space allocation or purchase the additional space as outlined in the Handbook. I recognize that all usage of the kiln must comply with the terms specified in the MUD Ceramics Studio Handbook.
