to the bareboat charter. 



To help make the most out of your boating experience, please complete the following form. Bareboat chartering requires varied levels of experience depending on your chosen vessel.

For the purpose of this Resume, the Skipper / Captain is defined as the person who is solely responsible for the complete operation and command of the vessel. The Charterer is the renter of the vessel. These can be the same person or different people. Bareboat Chartering is an arrangement for the hiring of a vessel whereby no crew or provisions are included in the rental agreement. 

The intended Skipper should have recent and adequate experience for the vessel and charter that is requested. Seaforth Boat Rentals considers your safety, and that of your passengers, the priority. The resume will help us determine the appropriate vessel based on individual experience. *Seaforth Boat Rentals has the right to deem the Skipper / Captain unqualified to rent the requested vessel. In the event that Seaforth deems the Captain / Skipper unqualified, Seaforth reserves the right to resort to one or more of the following options: (1) transfer of charter to a different vessel and/or location, (2) Require the hire of a USCG- qualified Captain to operate the vessel or (3) forfeiture of charter; with the Charterer incurring all pertinent costs.

I, Skipper / Captain, herby agree that all statements and information provided in this document are both true & accurate to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that this Resume will be attached to my Bareboat Charter Agreement as a part thereof. All information provided will be held by Seaforth Boat Rental & used in conjunction with the Rental Agreement and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
