Thank you for purchasing tickets for The Scariest Corn Maze in Canada at Maan Farms

 Please thoroughly understand and sign this release to gain admittance to our property and Event. All customers must have a completed waiver when redeeming their ticket, prior to entrance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

I have purchased tickets for the Haunted Attractions at Maan Farms including: the Haunted Corn Maze “Slaughterhouse” (with no touch/interactivity), “The Way Down” (with touch/interactivity with option to opt-out), and/or “CarnEvil” (with touch/interactivity with option to opt-out), which shall be known as the "event" offered through Maan Farms Ltd owned by Khushvinder Maan and Devinder Maan "owners".

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in any event at any time I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin:

I recognize that the event may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, climbing, running, jumping, stairs, sliding, subjected to small spaces, strobe/flashing lights, loud noises, loose ground/walkways, and other similar elements.

I have been informed and understand that the Event may involve significant risks which includes but are not limited to, falling or slipping, impacting objects or being impacted by objects, equipment malfunction, equipment misuse by me, other participants or employees, natural, mechanical and environmental conditions and risks, any of which may independently, or in combination with the participant's action, cause serious personal injury, death or property damage to the participant or others.

I acknowledge, understand, and agree that I (or my child, if participant is a minor/or the person I am the legal guardian of) voluntarily assume the risk that my participation or my child or minor I am the legal guardian of may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to COVID-19. While rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others and assume full responsibility for participation, exposure and release the facility, its employees, and directors from any liability related thereto.

I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this event.

I acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and is in no way mandated by Maan Farms Ltd and or The Owners. I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, injury (including death) that may result from: (A) the Property and related personal property; and (B) my attendance and participation in the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after entrance to the Event. I assume all risks associated with the Event whether I elect to interact with or be touched or by the actors or not.

In consideration of my participation in this program, I hereby release Maan Farms Ltd and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and enrollment.

I acknowledge that Maan Farms Ltd. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings while visiting the farm for the Haunted Attractions.

I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in this event and I hereby release Maan Farms Ltd and its staff from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks and other cardiovascular injuries, strokes, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, injuries to knees or other joints of the body, injuries to back, injuries to a foot, heat prostration, injuries to the head or neck or any other illness of any kind or soreness that may incur including death.

I hereby release and agree to hold Maan Farms Ltd. harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Maan Farms Ltd, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Maan Farms Ltd. I understand that this release discharges Maan Farms Ltd. from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Maan Farms Ltd. 

I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE STATEMENTS THAT THIS IS CONSENT FOR MY OWN PARTICIPATION.
