Welcome to Street City AU

We’re stoked to have you join us and hope you have an awesome time on the court. Before we get started, there are a few important things to go through so everyone’s clear.

By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation at Your Own Risk

You understand and accept that by playing in our sessions, you are doing so at your own risk. Street City AU is not liable for any injuries you may sustain, whether they are from a pre-existing condition or occur during the session.

2. Fitness to Participate

You confirm that you are currently fit to play and are not experiencing any injuries that may affect your ability to safely take part in the session.

3. Applies to All Venues

This waiver applies to all Street City AU sessions, including but not limited to:

  • Macquarie Fields Multipurpose Courts
  • Mount Annan Leisure Centre
  • Endeavour Sports Park
  • Oran Park Leisure Centre

You also acknowledge that the venue itself is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur while participating.

4. Cancellation Policy

You agree to follow our cancellation policy. Each session will have a cut-off time for cancellations, which we will let you know in advance. This cut-off time is usually on the same day of the session but can vary. If you fail to attend a session or cancel without giving enough notice, you will still be required to pay for your spot.

5. Media Consent

By joining our sessions, you give Street City AU permission to take photos and videos of you during the session. We may use these for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms. These images and videos belong to Street City AU, but we are more than happy to share content with you when requested.
