Release of Liability

In exchange for participation in any and all events, classes, experiences, activations, pop-ups or other activities organized, hosted or facilitated by Doggos Events Inc. (also known as Puppysphere and Puppy Sphere) (collectively, the 'Events'), I agree, for myself and (if applicable) for any minor(s) I am supervising, to the following:

Assumption of Risk, Release and Indemnification

  • I understand that participation in the Events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, movement-based exercise, the presence of live animals (dogs), interaction with other participants, and conditions of the venue or surrounding area. I voluntarily assume all risk associated with my attendance and participation. 
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I waive, release, and discharge any and all claims I may have against Doggos Events Inc., it's affiliates, venues, landlords, organizers, contractors, instructors, breeders, partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives arising out of or relating to my attendance or participation in any Event. 
  • I agree not to bring any claim or lawsuit for losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or fees arising from or related in any way to the Events, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such waiver cannot legally apply. 

Safety Risks Involving Live Animals 

  • I acknowledge that live animals will be present at the Events. I understand, accept the risk of injury or damage, including but not limited to scratches, bites, trips, falls, allergic reactions, or unexpected animal behaviour, even where reasonable care is taken and animals are supervised. I further acknowledge the Organizers’ commitment to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the animals present at the Events.
  • I agree to follow all instruction provided by staff regarding animal interaction, safety procedures, and designated participant areas. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund. 

Fitness and Participation Acknowledgement 

  • I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the Event I choose to join and will participate only within my own limits. I understand I may stop participation at any time.

Photo/Video Release

  • I consent to the capture and use by Doggos Events Inc. of photographs, video, or other media containing my likeness taken during any Event, without compensation. All images and digital files are owned by Doggos Events Inc.. Such materials may be used for marketing, promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed.

Personal Belongings 

  • I understand and acknowledge that live animals (dogs) are present at the Event and that personal belongings may be at risk of damage, loss, or interference. Doggos Events Inc. is not responsible for any personal property that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during the event, whether by an animal or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to clothing, bags, footwear, jewelry, eyewear, and electronic devices. While storage areas may be available in the venue, Doggos Events Inc. does not assume responsibility for any items left unattended or stored on the premises. Participants are advised to secure their belongings and avoid bringing valuables or sentimental items into the event space.

Marketing Communications

  • By signing this waiver, I consent to receive promotional emails and updates regarding Events, services and offers from Puppy Sphere. I may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link or by contacting the Company directly. 

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am the parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a participating minor where permitted. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release, and understand that I may be giving up certain legal rights.
