Rain and Weather AdjustmentsIn general, our party locations are available rain or shine. In some circumstances, weather may require us to relocate your party to another area of Kidspace. Should this occur, we will refund any difference in price based on the cost of the replacement party area. Potential Brookside Park Impacts Kidspace is located in Brookside Park, a public recreational area operated by the city of Pasadena which is home to the Rose Bowl, and which hosts a variety of public events. The city and the Rose Bowl keep public calendars of events, and we encourage Party Hosts to refer to those calendars as their party date approaches. Typically, Brookside Park events are scheduled months in advance, and Kidspace plans our party offerings to avoid major impacts. However, on rare occasions the Rose Bowl or Brookside Park may add events with less than a month notice. In the unusual circumstance that a Brookside event forces Kidspace to close on your party date, Kidspace will make every effort to reschedule your group for the next possible, mutually agreeable date. Should no date be agreeable, we will refund your party cost in full.
https://rosebowlstadium.com/events/calendar/list https://www.cityofpasadena.net/events/ Cancellations and RefundsYou may cancel or reschedule up to 15 days prior to your event. If you request a refund, a $75 processing fee will apply. We cannot refund or reschedule parties within 14 days of the party date. No shows that result in unused admissions or other party expenses are non-refundable.
