Legion Arms Membership Agreement

I. Agreement 

A. This Membership Contract, (this “Contract”) is entered into by and between ‘Member’,  and Legion Arms. For and in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained  and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is  hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 

B. During the term of Contract (as defined below), and each subsequent Renewal Term (as  defined below), and unless changed by the Legion Arms or the Member, the member is  entitled to the benefits listed herein and agrees to the following Fees, Terms, and Rules: 


II. Fees 

In consideration for the Membership Benefits provided by Legion Arms, the Member shall be  obligated to pay fees as follows in accordance with the selected ‘Membership Type’ below.

1. Yearly Membership 

a. $425 for a Basic Membership & $650 for a Premium Membership 

2. Monthly Memberships 

a. $39.00 for a Basic Membership & $59 for a Premium Membership with a $49 setup  fee. 

Other Requirements 

A. Enrollment in auto-debit and/or automatic deductions for debit and/or credit cards are required for monthly memberships. You must request to not be enrolled.

III. Basic Member Benefits 


The following applies to all membership types, additional benefits will be listed below:

Basic Membership Benefits

A. Unlimited range time in one (1) hour increments.  

B. 15% off rental guns  

C. (1) Free Target per visit 


Premium Member Benefits 

A. Unlimited range time in one (1) hour increments.  

B. Free guests on the same lane. 

C. 50% off rental guns 

D. (1) Free Target per visit 

E. Lane Reservations



IV. Membership Terms 

A. This contract is between (The Member) and Legion Arms.  

B. Additional family members may be added for a fee. [See Section II]

C. Member agrees that this membership is a 12-month or 1-month contract unless  otherwise stipulated in writing and agreed on by both parties. 

  a. This contract shall automatically renew following the initial Term unless terminated by  the member. [See Section V] 

  b. The Member may renew their membership at any time. 


D. Expiration, Lapse or Termination 

  a. There are no refunds for memberships that go abandoned or unused for more than 30  days. A new setup fee will be required to be paid for monthly membership. b. The Member agrees that this contract shall be enforced for the full term unless Legion  Arms suspends or cancels this contract. 

V. Termination of Membership 

A. Legion Arms in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate, refuse, suspend or  revoke a contract if The Member, co-member, spouse, partner, children or guest, fail to  follow the Policies, Procedures and/or Range Rules as defined in the Range Waiver, or a  Member or a guest, spouse or child of The Member, cause a nuisance or disturbance, or  any other reason that violates the Values, Character, or sense of common good and  decency. 

B. The Member shall be notified at least thirty (30) days prior to each renewal period,  through email (valid email is required), unless either party delivers in person, written, by  phone or by e-mail notice of membership cancellation at least thirty (30) calendar days  prior to the next renewal. 

C. If the membership expires or is delinquent for 30 days or more, the membership shall be determined abandoned.

D. The Member understands and agrees the membership shall be considered “abandoned”  and terminated in the event of non-payment. 

E. Cancellations or terminations of memberships (other than for violations of Legion Arms  rules ethics, morals or law) by either party must be submitted in person, written, by  phone or by email prior to the renewal date. 

F. There are no refunds for canceled memberships. 


VI. Conduct and Values 

A. The Member confirms that they have read and understand the Range Safety Rules and  Policies and agrees to always comply and agrees to read and sign the Range Waiver of  Liability and Range Rules no less than once per year or otherwise directed by Legion  Arms staff. 

B. The Member understands that the Policies, Procedures and Range Rules may change  from time to time. While Legion Arms makes every effort to notify members and guests  of changes, it is the responsibility of The Member and their guests to stay informed and  up-to-date on Firearms Safety and Range Policies. 

C. Revocation, Suspension of Membership and Refusal of Service 


  a. The Member understands that Legion Arms retains the right to enforce the terms of  this contract regardless of prior contract enforcement. 

  b. The Member understands that they, or their guests, may be barred from the premises  and/or criminally prosecuted within the extent of the law for illegal activity. c. The Member understands that Legion Arms will report violation of law, procedures,  policies or range rules to law enforcement as appropriate. We take our moral and legal 

responsibilities as a Firearms Training Center of Excellence seriously. We have the  absolute right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 


VII. Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions 

A. The Member understands and agrees that this Contract is not assignable or transferable  nor can any rights or privileges granted by this membership be transferred or assigned  to another party, person or entity. 

B. The Member agrees that Legion Arms is a business that is open to the public and  available for use by all Legion Arms members, guests of members, private groups and by  the general public. Legion Arms Memberships are offered at a fee to provide benefits  that guests of members, private groups or the general public do not receive. 

C. The Member certifies that they are not a “Prohibited Person” as defined by the Gun  Control Act. 

D. The Member understands, acknowledges and agrees that Legion Arms is not responsible for the damages or loss of any personal firearms or other property regardless of cause of loss including, but not limited to losses due to theft, damage by employee, injury, theft  from vehicles, vehicle incidents or accidents in the parking lot or surrounding area. 

E. The Member acknowledges and agrees that this Contract shall be interpreted and  enforced under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. 


VIII. Photography, Videography and Model Agreement 

A. The Member agrees that admission to the range requires a state issued photo  identification to verify the identity of the member. 

B. Legion Arms is not responsible for the posting of photographs or pictures by other  members or guests.

VIIII. Legal Responsibilities and Damage to Property 

A. Legion Arms is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from others.

B. The Member agrees to pay for all damages or destruction of Legion Arms that is caused  by The Member or The Member’s guest, whether the damage is caused by “accident.”

C. Legion Arms reserves the right to charge the Member for any such damages, regardless  of whether the damage is caused by the Member or the Member’s guest.

D. The Member confirms that he/she is familiar with shooting ranges and the safe  discharge of firearms. If this is not true, The Member agrees that prior to engaging in  any shooting sport activities, The Member will take the appropriate steps to ensure that they are trained in the safe use and discharge of firearms.
