This agreement will be held by the Boop Society of Central Texas and shared with Beerburg to confirm agreement to rules and the waiving of liability as follows in the next section. These will not be used for anything besides for confirmation that those that are choosing to participate in the dungeon set up inside Beerburg's separated space are allowed to participate and will follow all rules set or face action whether at the event, with the organizations, and/or legally, if necessary.


Your information will not be used for marketing or distribution.

While participating in A Formal [Fetish] Affair, there will be a separated space in Beerburg called Main Room by blueprint and referred to as "the Dungeon" in this agreement. While in the dungeon, I agree to the following rules or face expulsion from the event, banning from future Boop Society of Central Texas and Beerburg events, and/or face legal action as is appropriate:

1. Do not make assumptions. Negotiate all scene. Do not assume that someone’s presence means availability. Do not involve yourself in another person’s scene without invitation or consent. Ask politely and clearly if you want someone else to be involved in what you’re doing or want to involve yourself in what somebody else is doing.



2. Do not touch anyone, their equipment, or their belongings without permission.



3. Privacy and discretion are to be respected. All information on activities, attendees, etc is to be considered confidential.



4. No photos, videos, audio recordings, etc without everyone in it (be it even a finger at the corner of the photo) giving their consent to being in the media.


5. This space is to experience and enjoy all pleasures but that of penetrative, oral, or other intercourse that involves the genitalia interacting with another body part of another person or yourself (this also means no masturbation).



6. Solicitation for sexual services is not allowed.



7. Monitor(s), host(s), and/or supervisor(s) has the final word on everything. If something is unsafe or breaks any rules, they have the right to stop the scene.



8. Play sober. Do not bring alcohol or other drugs in, and if you've had more than a drink, please limit yourself to watching the scenes with consent.


9. Do not push or pressure anyone into anything. A maybe, a non-response, a giggle, etc. are not a yes. People are allowed to change their mind as well.


10. No full nudity. Partial nudity is allowed, but do not expose genitals.



In exchange for participation in the dungeon provided for A Fetish [Formal] Affair by or interaction with (herinafter known as the “Activity”) the Boop Society of Central Texas, A Formal [Fetish] Affair host(s), or affiliates (be it Beerburg, other sponsors, etc) (hereinafter known as the “Host”), initials will be placed besides the terms in order to acknowledge and agree that:

1. I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis, and death, and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity, including, but not limited to the possible negligent or reckless conduct of other participants.


2. I am at or above the Age of Consent for the state of Texas (18 years of age or older) and choose to participate in and view activities that can be adult oriented and/or sexually explicit that involve acts under the Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, and Masochism (BDSM) and other fetishes, kinks and activities, whether related or unrelated to BDSM.


3. As consideration for being permitted to enter, view, or participate in the Activity and to use the facilities and equipment being provided, I agree that neither I, nor anyone through me or on my behalf, will make any claim against or sue the Host or anyone affiliated with them, including, but not limited to, friends, associations, guests, agents, landlords, volunteers, promoters, owners, lessors, or suppliers of the premises, or the owners, lessors, or suppliers of equipment used in connection with the event, for any injury or damage suffered by me at any time during my presence at the Activity or as a result of my participating in the Activity, and I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge them, their heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions or rights of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from, or by any reason of, my attendance at, or participation in the Activity.


4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and all those individuals and entities described in the paragraphs above from any loss, theft, liability, injury, damage or cost that may occur or that they may incur due to my presence or my actions at events, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise. 


5. This Release for Boop Society of Central Texas (“Releasee”) shall not be in any way construed as an admission by the Host that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against the Releasee. 


6. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. I have the authority to release the Claims and have not assigned or transferred any Claims to any other party. The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.


7. I have carefully read this document and I fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and the Host and that I am giving up many legal rights and remedies by signing it.


I have read all of the terms and agree to them as of October 6, 2025.
