If your deposit is not received, there will be no more reminders, and seasonal sites will be offered to the next person on the long waiting list. If you need to cancel, do this before March 1, 2025, and you will only lose the $500 deposit. After March 1, 2025, the full seasonal fee will be charged. Make sure you receive a cancellation email if you cancel. If you do not receive one, please contact us immediately, as the site has not been cancelled, and the fee will still apply. Current sites with well-maintained doorsteps and decks are "grandfathered" in.
