If your wing fails the primary inspection - you won’t pay our inspection fee — just cover the shipping.

If your wing passes the trim check and doesn’t need a trim adjustment, you save $100.

Heads up: Any wing that fails inspection gets permanently marked 'DO NOT FLY'.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping: Once your gear is handed over to a carrier, our responsibility for its care and condition ends. Any issues during transit—such as damage, loss, or delay—are between you and the shipping service.
Authorized Pickups: If you authorize a friend or third party to collect your gear, our duty of care ends the moment they take possession. We are not liable for anything that happens once the gear has been handed over to your designated person.
The Threshold: In short, once your equipment leaves our facility—whether by mail or in person—all responsibility for its transport, storage, and future use belongs to you.

I certify that the history, damage, and usage hours provided for this equipment are accurate to the best of my knowledge, acknowledging that my transparency is critical to the safety of the service performed. I agree that this intake form is an extension of my Master Service Waiver with Rockpilot Rigging Inc., and all liability releases, indemnifications, and covenants not to sue contained therein apply fully to this work. By signing, I attest that I am at least 19 years of age, of sound mind, and providing my sober, unimpaired consent. I have read this document in its entirety and fully understand that I am permanently waiving legal rights in favor of Rockpilot Rigging Inc. voluntarily and without duress.

AUTHORIZATION TO MARK UNAIRWORTHY EQUIPMENT I expressly consent and authorize Rockpilot Rigging Inc. to permanently mark, label, or otherwise conspicuously identify any equipment submitted for service as "DO NOT FLY," "UNAIRWORTHY," or similar designation if, in the sole professional discretion of Rockpilot Rigging Inc., the equipment is found to be faulty, dangerous, or unfit for safe use. I acknowledge that this policy is strictly enforced to protect my life and the safety of the broader aviation community. I hereby waive any and all claims for property damage, loss of value, or vandalism against Rockpilot Rigging Inc. and its technicians arising from the permanent marking or defacement of unsafe equipment.

PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment due within 15 days upon receipt of invoice.

STORAGE FEES: A grace period of 30 days is provided upon receipt of your final invoice. Beginning on the 31st day, a storage fee of $10.00 CAD per day will be applied to the invoice until the equipment is paid for and collected/shipped.

DEPOSIT: Work in excess of $400, ordering linesets, risers, materials or other costly replacement parts will require a deposit of at least 50% of the total estimate of work. Don't worry, we'll ask before we order.

ABANDONMENT & RIGHT OF LIEN: Equipment left unpaid or unclaimed for more than 90 days from the invoice date shall be considered ABANDONED. I expressly grant Rockpilot Rigging Inc. a Right of Lien over such equipment. I agree that after 90 days, Rockpilot Rigging Inc. may, at its sole discretion, sell the equipment to recover outstanding debts, storage fees, and administrative costs. I acknowledge that equipment may be sold for significantly less than market value (e.g., a $4,000 wing sold for $300) solely to satisfy the debt, and I waive any claim to the difference in value or the equipment itself. Please don't abandon your baby!!
