Bloom Kids Consignment Boutique Contract for Consignment 11/2024

 

 

All items will be examined during the initial intake. Any items found with stains, rips, missing buttons, or non-authentic will be donated or discarded as appropriate. 

 

The consignment period is 90 days. All items are subject to markdowns and other promotions at Bloom Kids Consignment Boutique discretion. The consignor will receive 50% of the selling price. Items may not be removed prior to the 90-day period. Items not sold after 90 days consignment period become the property of Bloom Kids Consignment Boutique.

For account balances under $50, store credit only will be issued. Consignors receive 50% of the selling price. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE CHECKS FOR BALANCES UNDER $50. Store Credit can be used at any time.

For account balances over $50, you may request an e-check the 15-18th of each month. All Checks are for the previous month’s sales. We only send checks by request each month.

Unclaimed account balances are void after 90 days after consignment period ends. Store credit will not be issued for voided balances. It is your responsibility as consignor to claim account balances.

Bloom will make every effort to protect your items, but we are not responsible for any damage including, but not limited to; damage by fire, theft, loss, try-on, water damage or natural disasters.

After 90 days any unsold items become the property of Bloom Kids Consignment Boutique and will be donated to a charity or sold as sale merchandise. EXCEPTIONS WILL APPLY TO LUXURY DESIGNER ITEMS.

To request a check for your account balance, email bloomconsignmentchecks@gmail.com on the 15-18th of each month and we will send one if you have $50 or more in your account.
