Copy and paste the In consideration of being allowed to participate in pontoon boat rental services and related activities provided by Youngstown Boat Rentals, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

  1. Risk of Injury – I understand that boating and related water-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury, drowning, property damage, or death.
  2. Assumption of Risk – I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, including those arising from the negligence of Youngstown Boat Rentals or others, and accept full responsibility for my participation.
  3. Compliance with Safety Procedures – I agree to follow all safety instructions and rental conditions provided by Youngstown Boat Rentals. If I observe any unsafe condition or experience any discomfort or injury, I will notify the staff and discontinue my participation immediately.
  4. Photo/Media Release – I grant permission for any photos or video taken of me during rental activities to be used by Youngstown Boat Rentals for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation or any claim of rights to such materials.
  5. Responsibility for Equipment – I accept full responsibility for the care and safe return of all equipment provided to me, including the pontoon boat, life jackets, safety gear, anchors, electronics, and any accessories. I understand I may be charged for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
  6. Medical Condition Disclosure – I affirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the rental activity. I have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect my ability to safely operate or be a passenger on a pontoon boat.
  7. Release of Liability – I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Youngstown Boat Rentals, Elizabeth Broderick DeSilva, their employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, property owners, and insurers (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages resulting from my participation in these activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
