PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

California Civil Code ยง 3344(a) states:
"Any person who knowingly uses another's name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness, in any manner, on or in products, merchandise, or goods, or for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchases of, products, merchandise, goods or services, without such person's prior consent, or, in the case of a minor, the prior consent of his parent or legal guardian, shall be liable for any damages sustained by the person or persons injured as a result thereof."

I CONSENT to the use by AG Equestrian Training, LLC, a California limited liability company, and/or its authorized affiliates of my voice, photograph or likeness, testimonial, comments and/or narrative writing or my child's voice, photograph or likeness testimonial, comments and/or narrative writing, in any manner.


  1.  I, (the undersigned), hereby grant to AG Equestrian Training, LLC, a California limited liability company (the "Company"), and its authorized affiliates, successors and assigns in perpetuity the worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, publish, copyright, reproduce, modify, adapt and distribute my or my child's voice, photograph or likeness, testimonial, comments and/or narrative writing in any form or media, including, without limitation, any quote, reprint, image, photograph, film, video or audio track (collectively, the "Photographs") for any purpose including, but not limited to, illustration, publication, promotion, advertising and trade, in print or on the Internet and/or social media, without my prior approval. Use of the Photographs may include, but shall not be limited to, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, as well as for educational and/or documentary materials to promote the Company. The Company shall not publish my name or address in connection with the Photographs without my consent. However, the Company may publish Photographs with or without quotations provided or submitted by me. I understand the wording of my testimonial, comments, and/or narrative writing may be altered, provided that the sense and meaning are not, in the Company's sole discretion, materially changed.

  2. No monetary payment will be made to me for the use of the Photographs.

  3. I hereby waive any rights that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s), and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with the Photographs, or the use to which the Photographs may be applied. I further release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, agents or third parties, and all persons acting under the Company's permission or authority, including but not limited to any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical or other publication, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photographs, including but not limited to any alleged liability by virtue of any publication of the Photographs, including without limitation, any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy, any claims related to alteration, blurring, cropping, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the use of any picture, photograph, image or video or in any subsequent processing, duplication, projecting or display thereof, and/or any other violation of any personal or proprietary right that I may have in conjunction with the Photographs.

  4. I hereby declare and certify that I have the right and ability to sign this Release and to grant the rights described in Section 1 of this Release. I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, and if, acting on behalf of a minor, I have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents, meaning and impact thereof. My submission to the terms of this Release is my free and voluntary act and deed, and I acknowledge that this Release shall be binding upon me, my successors, heirs, executors, distributees, guardians, administrators, trustees, legal representatives, assigns and/or personal representatives.
