Rental Waiver


I acknowledge that I have voluntarily rented an electric vehicle ("EV") from CityWalkEVs for my own personal use. I understand and acknowledge that the operation of an EV comes with inherent risks, including the risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. I hereby release and hold harmless CityWalkEVs, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my rental and use of the EV, including any damage to the EV itself, any property damage, personal injury, or death that may result from my use of the EV. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any damage that may be caused to the EV during the course of my rental period, including damage caused by my negligence, intentional misconduct, or reckless behavior. I agree to pay for any and all damage caused to the EV during my rental period, including the cost of repairs, parts, and labor. I also agree to pay for any loss of income or rental revenue that may result from the EV.
