WBOA is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, and we have taken strong measures to ensure that the information we gather from you will be secure and confidential. Collection of personal information

Visiting the WBOA public site does not require you to provide personal information about yourself. While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer), browser type, and browser version are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. No other information is collected through our website unless you decide to become a registered member or conduct an online transaction. When you engage in certain activities on our site such as like member services or for property owners only area, you may be asked to provide personal information by completing and submitting online forms. The same may be required for special events that the WBOA hosts.  We do not share, sell, rent, or exchange personal information with third parties, however from time to time we will share this information with WBOA community engagement committee (CEC) members and other owners and/or property managers for the sole purpose of intra park communications.

In some instances, such as registering for member or owner services, or through your use of certain online transactions, there is information that we are required to collect to enable us to process your request. We will not share, sell, rent, or exchange personal information with third parties without your consent. We use personally identifiable information to better serve you with activities and services within and concerning Westfields. If necessary, WBOA may disclose user information if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against an individual who attempts, even unintentionally, to gain unauthorized access to WBOA information or to disrupt our web site. When we record such information about your session or about you we may use it for internal research or to improve our site and the services we offer you. WBOA may occasionally present a special contest or promotion that may be sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with other contest sponsor(s), we will provide a statement to that effect.

Welcome to another Taste of Westfields. This event is for employees & residents of the Westfield Center Community ONLY. You must be 21 years or older to attend the alcohol designated areas. Proper identification will be required at the time of entry validating your employer or residency within the Westfield's Community. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event without proper identification as requested above. Registration and waiver signature along with a wristband are required to attend this event and will be distributed at the WBOA registration and check-in table upon your entry. If you have not already completed signing your electronic waiver, you may sign it online at https://www.westfieldscenter.com/tasteofwestfields/ and look for orange button to sign the waiver. Note, you will review and sign the waiver. Once the waiver is signed online an email will be sent to you. Please confirm the email sent to you and your waiver is complete.

As a condition to attending and participating in this Westfields Center outdoor event, I specifically acknowledge the potential and risk of injury to myself and assume all risks and hazards from such participation and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westfields Business Owners Association(WBOA), its agent(s), employees, members, directors and Officers and representatives and vendors; WBOA CEC volunteers, Corporate Office Properties Trust, COPT Greens LLC, and COPT Property Management Services, LLC, MtoM Marketing and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their employees and representatives from any claims, actions and liability of any kind arising from such participation.  You attend this event at your own risk.  Food will be available for purchase from independent food vendors, and you must be aware of any food allergies you have prior to this event and before consuming any food or beverages.

A maximum of two alcoholic beverages may be consumed by those 21 years of age or older, and my signature acknowledges that I will abide by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia concerning alcohol consumption, adhere to the two-drink maximum policy and be fully responsible for my actions. You must have and wear a wristband to participate in this event. A wristband will be provided in exchange for your signing an electronic or physical waiver and will be distributed at the registration tent.  Event staff and/or personnel may choose at their discretion not to serve alcohol to any individual who appears intoxicated or is not adhering to the rules and regulations of this event and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You may be carded at random or at will to confirm your age. This waiver maybe updated or modified from time to time without notice.
