Releasing Talbot Steel, Steel Endeavors LLC, and all affiliates of liability.

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that:

1. I am participating in breath work classes offered by Talbot Steel and Steel Endeavors LLC, either online

or in-person.

2. Breathing exercises have been shown to have a positive effect on mental and physical health, but any

results are not guaranteed.

3. Breath work should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

4. I am responsible for my own physical and emotional well-being before, during, and after all breath

work classes.

5. Neither the teacher, Talbot Steel, nor Steel Endeavors LLC, nor any affiliates thereof (including, but not

limited to, owners of properties or businesses hosting classes), is liable for any injury, damage, or other

harm that may occur before, during, or after any breath work classes.

6. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my healthcare provider before participating in

breath work classes.

7. I allow Steel Endeavors LLC, and it's affiliates, to use any photographs or videos from the class, or

surrounding timelines, that contain myself, and/or my likeness, in the creation and distribution of

marketing and promotional materials.

8. I release Talbot Steel, Steel Endeavors LLC, and all affiliates (including, but not limited to, owners of

properties or businesses hosting classes), from any claims, demands, action, or causes of action arising

out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me before,

during, or after any breath work classes.

9. I agree to pay any legal fees, court costs, lost wages, etc. suffered by Talbot Steel, Steel Endeavors LLC,

or any affiliates thereof, pursuant to any legal action taken on my part or behalf.

10. I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent to sign this Legal Disclaimer.

By signing below, l indicate my agreement to this Legal Disclaimer and release Talbot Steel, Steel

Endeavors LLC, and al affiliates (including, but not limited to, owners of properties or businesses hosting

classes) from any and all liability.
