Customer Release Form/Disclaimer

Thank you for selecting No Squint Tint, LLC as your preferred service provider for window film. Before starting, we would like you to have some background knowledge on auto glass tinting. Although we use one of the best material films on the market, and do quality workmanship, there are some factors to deal with:

Window Film Patterns:

All our window film patterns are cut using computer software and not hand-cut. This allows for a close (not exact) match of your auto glass shape. No Squint Tint, LLC does not take your car apart to install any pattern. We use soft rubber tools to fit patterns as close to the glass as possible. You will see a film line on any glass installed as this is how patterns are designed.

Dust is all around us and is next to impossible to keep out of the air. This also makes it impossible to keep out of the film. We however take every precaution to avoid and limit dust particles. Please not that your car environment greatly contributes to the outcome of your install. A dirty car, dog hair, etc. will only increase the difficulty of a “clean install”. No Squint Tint, LLC is not responsible for any debris that may show up.

Dot matrix are small dots the factory puts around the edge of some windows and along the back glass as a visual cosmetic border. These dots are basically bumps on the glass that may cause the film to stick on the dots instead of the window. This will not cause the film to peel but will seem silver in appearance. This is normal and will not disappear.

Harmonic Distortion:

If you are wearing polarized sunglasses or glasses, you may see anomalies on the glass, (rainbows, lines or marks are a few examples) which are an inherent result of the glass tempering processes. No Squint Tint, LLC is not responsible for these anomalies.

Non-Warranty Items:

We will not warranty any film that has been rubbed, scratched, hit, ECT by rings, jewelry, or any hard objects of any kind.

Film Percentage – Selection:

It is ILLEGAL to tint your car with any film percentage darker than your vehicles registered state requires. We know that certain customers have doctors' notes that may allow them to install a film darker than legally allowed. As you make your decision on the film percentage for your vehicle, No Squint Tint, LLC understand that this is your personal decision and understands that you have your proper documentation in order. No Squint Tint LLC is not responsible for any tickets or accidents that happen due to tint. If tint needs to be removed and/or replaced there will be an additional fee.

Tint Removal:

If you wish to have tint removed there will be an additional fee. This includes previously removed film with glue residue left behind. No Squint Tint, LLC is not responsible for any defroster lines that may be damaged due to prior film installation.

Electrical Issues After Install:

Certain Makes and Models of vehicles with their electrical systems may get damage during the window tint installation process. As water is sprayed onto the window, exposing these systems to moisture and water run off. Although all precaution is taken to prevent this from happening, we are not responsible for damages that may occur. Please ask before having the installation to understand your risk before work begins.

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty:

Your warranty rights may be affected by stat laws concerning warranties by manufacturers. The products are to be used in compliance with all applicable laws of the state in which the vehicle is registered. Product installed illegally is not covered by warranty for any reason. This is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure the product is following all state or provincial laws should vehicle registration location change at any time. We stand behind our products with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Certain restrictions apply; see your warranty for details. To make a claim for any warranty covered item you must present your original paperwork including your invoice and warranty form. Without these documents a warranty will not be extended and will result in any repair or replacement being charged at full price. No Squint Tint, LLC is not responsible for keeping a copy of your warranty.

Personal Items:

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable.
