The undersigned renter agrees to hold BSL Golf Cart Rentals and its subsidiaries and agents harmless for property damage caused to others or personal injury to themselves or any person(s) injured while using a golf cart owned by BSL Golf Cart Rentals or Drew Bienvenu. The renter agrees to assume all liability for and pay damages to any passenger or person(s) involved in any incident resulting from the intended or unintended use of the golf cart rented from BSL Golf Cart Rentals. Renter agrees that their insurance policies are primary to any insurance that BSL Golf Cart rentals may or may not provide. Renter agrees return the golf cart in the same condition that it was when rented. Renter agrees to pay for damages to the cart, plus lost rental income up to $1000 resulting from those damages, and any fees to recover the cart, including outstanding citations, towing, impoundment, storage, etc.
