Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian of the participant), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to my (or my child's participation in the activities), including but not limited to running, jumping and climbing provided by KidzZone Play and Party Center. I am aware that the activities involve physical exertion, potential risks, and the use of equipment that may lead to accidents, injuries, or even death. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully assume all associated risks. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless, KidzZone Play and Party Center, its staff and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages that may arise as a result of my(or my child's) participation in the activities. I agree to indemnify and hold KidzZone Play and Party Center, its staff and any affiliated parties harmless against any claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses or damages incurred due to my (or my child's) actions or negligence during participation.


Photo Release

I grant KidzZone Play and Party Center the right to use photographs and videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not want to sign this photo release, please notify KidzZone staff or management.
