 Naylor Navigations Inc. dba Beach Bum Rentals-Waiver and Release of Liability Each person in a group must submit one of these forms. If the person is under 18, then a parent or guardian must sign the form and assume responsibility for the minor. bikes In consideration of Naylor Navigations Inc. agreeing to furnish services, transportation, and/or equipment to enable me to participate in bicycling activities, I agree as follows: I fully understand and acknowledge that: (A) Outdoor recreational activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, such as using bike equipment and participating in bicycling activities. (B) My participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or either other ailments that could cause serious disability. (C) I acknowledge the risk of falling out of or off while bicycling and such other risks, hazards, and dangers integral to recreational activities in a recreational environment. (D) By my participation in these activities/ or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/ or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Naylor navigations Inc. or by any other person including myself. I also verify that I am in good health, not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol of any kind, nor do I have them in my possession, and am capable of biking, and that my participation in these activities is voluntary. I understand that these activities are road-related and that I might slip, fall, and become injured. (E) I also agree to always use properly a secured helmet and am responsible for making certain that my children always wear appropriate personal helmet devices. (F) I also agree that I am responsible for the damage to or loss of any equipment or items that I am provided to use and understand that I must pay the cost to replace it. This includes bikes, baskets, locks, and helmets. (G) I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Naylor Navigations Inc. and its owners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, or otherwise which may arise out of my use of bicycling equipment or premises, my participation in recreational bicycling activities, or any form of transportation offered by Naylor Navigations Inc. I specifically understand that I am releasing. Discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have at present time or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Naylor Navigations Inc. I HAVE READ THE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT, AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELEASE NAYLOR NAVIGATIONS INC. AND ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND OFFICERS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. I understand that the electronic signature below shall have the same legal effect as if written manually. I also understand that I will be asked to provide identification prior to receiving equipment and/or service.  All terms outlined in this Agreement are also agreed upon in the rental of electric bicycle/scooter rentals. 


No individual under the age of 16 may operate or ride upon any electric bicycle/scooter in accordance with Florida State law. 

In the case of children, between the ages of 16 and 18, the parent or guardian must approve their participation, accepting full responsibility on their behalf, in accordance with the regulations stated in this agreement. 

Individuals who do not return any electric bicycle/scooter charging devices at the end of the rental term will be charged the fair market value to replace the non-returned charging device. 


All electric bicycles/scooters should be kept indoors or under a covered area when not in use and kept locked with the provided lock when not in use. 


Prohibit riding on beach. Damages to rental due to riding on the beach will result in repair costs

Helmets are provided on request and any injuries resulting from a rider not wearing a helmet are the responsibility of the rider and are in no way the responsibility of Naylor Navigations Inc
