Membership Dues, charged monthly

You will be charged one of the rates below, in accordance with your current age group.

Adult 24 & up $85

Young Adult 14-23 $75

Youth 13 & under $45

Start up fee $50 for NEW MEMBERSHIPS only. 

Membership Terms & Fees

This membership is a dues paying membership. It begins on the date indicated below and continues indefinitely until canceled. Membership cancellation requires 5 days written notice. I understand that I have paid or am obligated to pay an initiation fee as listed above, and that under no circumstances is any portion of this amount refundable.

Beginning on the 1st of each month, monthly dues as listed above (plus tax) will be paid to Austin Bouldering Project by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

This membership can be frozen for $5 per month per member. All freezes begin on the 1st of each month. If you wish to freeze this membership, you must notify us 5 days before the 1st of each month. Membership freezes require a minimum of one month of freeze time.

Members may charge up to $50 per monthly billing to their account. Charges will be settled by a regular billing cadence throughout the month.

Authorization for Electronic Fund Transfer

To the extent permitted by law, you are authorizing AUSTIN BOULDERING PROJECT or their assignee to initiate separate EFT/CC charges from your account(s) that you have identified and/or any replacement account (Account) for amounts constituting your recurring membership dues, and any other fee for other goods/services we provide you if you instruct us to bill the charge to your account on file, as authorized by you at that time. Recurring membership dues, including monthly and annual rates, as well as taxes, are subject to change and increase. We may, from time to time, adjust our membership rate structure and reserve the right to align you with a similarly situated rate if this is to occur. As applicable, we will also automatically update your billing rate as you age out of membership rate pricing tiers. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and give permission for us to charge such increased amounts or adjust product type as necessary.

I agree to the posted rules of the Austin Bouldering Project. I acknowledge that climbing is dangerous and may result in severe injury or death. The flooring will not prevent injury or death. I agree to sign a release of liability waiver which is acknowledged as a portion of this agreement and to ensure the signing of waivers for the above listed. 

We reserve the right to terminate your membership due to noncompliance with gym rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
