Waiver of Liability

Thanks for joining us at The Word Church Sportsplex! To ensure that we provide a fun, safe environment for you and all participants involved, please take a few minutes to read through this agreement and make sure you understand what it means. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of our staff members.

I understand that participating in sports and group activities at The Word Church Sportsplex involves certain risks of injury or illness. I have voluntarily chosen to participate, and I understand the risks involved. To my knowledge, there are no medical conditions that will make me more likely than other people to get hurt while participating in these activities.

I agree to follow all safety precautions and adhere to the Zero Tolerance Behavior Regulations as outlined in writing. If I am unclear about anything, I will ask for clarification before taking action, so that there is no misunderstanding. By signing this waiver, I release The Word Church, its staff, and designated representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or theft that may occur during events it sponsors, and I waive all rights to bring a suit against The Word Church in the future if anything were to happen during my participation in this activity or event.
